All clips are Tommy's fighting scenes taken from episode 27 "Fighting Spirit" of Power Rangers Dino Thunder. Dr. Tommy Oliver was rendered unconscious after taking a full blow from his dino gem. Now he is in the battle of his life against his own body in his own dreams. The other rangers have lost their power and the city is being destroyed and people are losing faith in the Power Rangers (hence the quote of the news reporter at the end of the clip).
