This song is called "Yusuke's Theme" and its from the game "Gibo: Stepmother's sin" for the PC. The credits of the game attribute the music to "あゆか51, さくろ石" (Ayuka 51, Zakuro Ishi), but "あゆか51" was also listed on the credits for SFX and voice data conversion, so I bet Zakuro did most, if not all, of the actual musical composing.
