Now, on to the interesting stuff! Once in the library, there are two books you can read before fighting the first boss. Since they had some pretty important stuff in them, I decided to try and translate them (I took a little liberty with the wording to make it sound better in English). Elfaria's Downfall エルファリアのめつぼう Why is it that the tiny country of Mulania ムーラニア was able to overthrow such a powerful country as Elfaria エルファリア? It is said that Mulania experienced this metamorphosis when it began to use monsters. This is in part due to the revival of an ancient magic. The year before Elfaria's downfall, there was an incident where something crept into Gist Library ギストのとしょかん. This very "something" was none other than the sorcerer of Mulania, Zora ゾラ. Somewhere in this library is a book full of legends about ancient magic... It was probably Zora who was responsible for the revival of this ancient magic. The History of Imperial Mulania ムーラニアたいこくし The magic-wielding country of Mulania made the smaller countries of Dagon ダゴン　and Muline　ムライン, home to the sacred site of fire, part of its kingdom. The first step on the road to imperialism had begun with General Cyril's シーラルしょぐんcoup détat. Mulania defeated Elfaria and called this the Year of the Dragon りゅうのとし. That year, from some unknown land, 16 heroes appeared. These heroes began freeing the towns and villages of Mulania one by one. However, at Zaza Temple ザザじいん, General Cyril used a ritual to take Elzard's エルザード　power and used it to defeat the heroes. In our current day and age, Cyril is now the emperor of Mulania.(Less)
