First-of-its-Kind Service from USAA Allows Members to Send Deposits Electronically from Home Computer A new at-home service may change the way consumers bank in the future. USAA Federal Savings Bank now offers an easy-to-use, secure service called Deposit@Home that enables its members to deposit checks into their bank accounts just by using a scanner and an Internet connection. USAA is the largest nationwide bank to offer this convenient new system to its members at no charge. Users simply download and install a software program available from usaa.com. Computers must be equipped with the Windows 2000 or XP operating system and Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher to use Deposit@Home.
