I didn't mean to have a part of my Sonic Next Gen Movie as the breach to the triple digets. Crud.
Oh well. To be honest I have had the file for this video for a while (back when I was on 70 or 80). I originaly just put in the lyrics back when I first started. But I never really worked on it until today. I have had most of the intro planed for a while. I must almost admit that it's kinda hard to admit the fact that I have over 100 videos here on youtube now... And I originaly started ealier this school year which is comming to a close in about 4 weeks... jeez. Where did the time go? I can't believe how much has happened just over about 6 months... Finding a talent I never knew I had. Making a site. A number of fan-fictions. A new computer. Having Adobe Illustrator now on my computer. Just so much in so little time! Not to mention I have made some friends over this little trek. Heh. I can remember when I was having trouble figuring out how to upload a video on to youtube with one of my first videos... Amazing really.
So I guess this is to all of you guys who have been there sence the begging, and to this amazing year that brought out something I never saw in myself. So this is to I guess everyone: including myself here...
Oh and about that quote at the end. I decided to put that there cause I reliazed what I mainly just rambled on about.
Just remember: All good things... NEVER come to an end! ... and to fav, comment, and of course: enjoy video 100 (101)! (Less)

Linkin Park Space Out For 'Leave Out All The Rest' Video, Eye July Start For Projekt Revolution Tour
When it comes to epic music videos, no one does it quite like the dudes from Linkin Park. And the forthcoming clip for "Leave Out All the Rest," the latest single from the band's 2007 LP Minutes to Midnight, will be no different.
Linkin Park spent last weekend standing in front of a green screen in a warehouse in Van Nuys, California, shooting the video directed by the band's DJ, Joseph Hahn, who also came up with the video's treatment. The clip depicts a day in the life of Linkin Park — that is, if they all lived in a futuristic flight vessel, floating somewhere in outer space.
"Joe wasn't even going to write a treatment for this song," MC Mike Shinoda told MTV News on the set. "We'd [received] a number of treatments, and we were kind of bummed out, because we weren't connecting to any of them. And then, out of nowhere, we get a treatment from Joe in an e-mail, and we just loved it. It was random, out of nowhere, and it fit the song perfectly. I really like this video, because it's different from everything else he's done with us before. It's this sci-fi thing, which is fun. We've never really done that, and when I walked onto the set, I thought it looked like 'Battlestar Galactica.' "
In the video — which features no performance footage — the band lives in a rundown, artificial habitat that's making its way across the galaxy. At first, the boys are seen passing the time performing mundane tasks, but then gravity is lost onboard the vessel, sending the guys floating about.
"We're explorers in space, just like when we go on tour," said Hahn. "We're leaving our home life behind, and I guess it kind of ties into 'Leave Out All the Rest,' in that we have to leave things behind in order to do something better."
According to Shinoda, it was Minutes to Midnight producer Rick Rubin who first realized the song's potential as a single.
"When we were in the studio, working on the album, this song was one of the ones that I was personally pretty attached to," said Shinoda. "I remember Rick, of all people, who never says stuff like this, because he's more of a guy who either likes a song or thinks it can be better, and usually it can be better. I don't know if it's just that he sets his standards so high, but he never says things like, 'This is a single.' But when he heard this song, he said, 'This sounds like a massive single.' For us, when we write a record, we don't think in terms of singles. In our minds, every song is a single."
But Shinoda wasn't just talking about the band's new video last weekend, he also told MTV News about this summer's Projekt Revolution tour — well, as much as he could tell us, that is. While he said they're still in the process of locking in bands for the trek, he did say it should kick off in mid-July, in an undetermined city. It will be a green tour, like last year's run, which featured My Chemical Romance, Taking Back Sunday, HIM, the Bled and others.
"We've been keeping our tours green ever since we started making those efforts over a year ago," he said. "The majority of our fleet is biodiesel, and we'll be planting a tree for every ticket sold. So, you're already helping out the environment just by buying a ticket. In addition, we're doing really simple things. The catering backstage for the band and crew — we take any leftovers to a homeless shelter. On an everyday basis, we try to encourage anything we can do to make things a little more climate-conscious.
"More information about the tour will be coming out soon, but we have some great hopes for some bands we want to be on it," he continued. "We want to follow up last year's tour with something that's cool."
There's some good news for the band's European fans, as Shinoda said they'll be taking Projekt Revolution overseas. "Jay-Z will be joining us on the U.K. dates, and that's really exciting," he said. "Whenever we do a show with friends of ours, we hope to get onstage and do something together. I can't say for sure if that will happen, but it's my intention at least."
Shinoda also added that the band is already thinking about the follow-up to Minutes to Midnight. "We're always writing," he said. "While we're home for a bit, we will be writing. The next record won't take 18 months to finish. I can't say for sure when a record will come out or what it will be like, but we already have a lot of ideas, and I'm sure some of those will end up as songs on the record."

I hope it isn't, but I think maybe it's going to be a complete train wreck. *** Post production notes: 1. I think Leonard Nimoy is a great actor and the only Spock that ever could have been. His decision to be in the reboot film is the only shred of hope I have that it's not going to be a horrific perversion of everything Star Trek is. We'll just cut that one off at the pass before I get a bunch of messages accusing me of calling Nimoy a traitor to the franchise. It's not Nimoy's responsibility to determine whether or not he should be in the film. It's up to Abrams and Bad Robot to have the good sense to know better than to make a living legend look like a fool. 2. I think Nimoy enjoyed being Spock, I think he liked acting in general, and then I think he retired from acting entirely and started doing something else (he just put out a book of art photographs he's taken). Acting is something he used to do, although he has Alien Voices with John DeLancie, which I highly recommend everyone check out the couple of things they put out (we're still waiting for 'Spock vs. Data', Len :-) ). 3. Okay, I probably shouldn't discuss what I think "the fans" are going to do without explaining that "the fans" I mostly have contact with are a specific subset of fans - the fanfiction writers (don't laugh, it's more than lurid descriptions of Kirk on Spock action... we also write stuff about Data and Geordi XD ). As far as I can tell, *we pwn canon*. A good ficwriter becomes a celebrity of sorts in the trekkie universe, and if we say "I can't work this into what I'm doing", it didn't happen. Seriously. If you read all the fan stories written after the release of Nemesis, then write out a list of all the ones in which Data stays dead, I guarantee you'll end up with a blank piece of paper. Hell, there's only a half dozen stories out there where he even dies in the first place. Most of us are just ignoring it, and you'll see that mentioned right out loud in the forewords to the stories. It'll be something like "Nemesis never happened". Star Trek has long recognized fan generated content as valid and welcome, and that gives those of us who create it a tremendous amount of power over these characters. Enterprise isn't considered canon by the vast majority of us (although it has it's fan writers, and *good* fan writers) because a lot of the stuff in it just didn't make any sense (mind melds are illegal? um, isn't outlawing bodily functions *illogical*?! helloooo!). If this new movie doesn't make any sense, it won't have happened either (although I'm sure it will have it's writers, and *good* ones). (Less)

Here are the lyrics:
I was blue, just as blue as I could be
Every day was a cloudy day for me
Then good luck came a-knocking at my door
Skies were gray but theyre not gray anymore
Blue skies
Smiling at me
Nothing but blue skies

Singing a song
Nothing but bluebirds
All day long
Never saw the sun shining so bright
Never saw things going so right
Noticing the days hurrying by
When youre in love, my how they fly
Blue days
All of them gone
Nothing but blue skies
From now on
I should care if the wind blows east or west
I should fret if the worst looks like the best
I should mind if they say it cant be true
I should smile, thats exactly what I do

The song is Son of Dork's "Ticket Outta Loserville." Son of Dork is the band that resulted from Busted's breakup.
Here's the lyrics for a better understanding (and cuz the singer doesn't always enunciate):
When I go to sleep I pray
I'm waking up to I got you babe
Like the guy from Groundhog Day
Just wanna live forever this way
Flash back to seventeen
Got my ass kicked by the football team
Another Loser on the scene
Editor of the chess club fanzine
I asked you out for losing truth or dare
The guys were cracking up 'til you said yeah
Pinch me, is this real?
I'm on a one way ticket out of loserville
Now I'm off the social flat line
Things are so good that I'm
Taking down my star trek shrine
And you're more than just my valentine
You're my ticket outta loserville
She gives me butterflies
Says I'm not like all the other guys
Doesn't care what car I drive
She still enjoys the ride
When I got to sleep I know
That you'll be there tomorrow
And it gives me vertigo
It was just a week ago that
I asked you out for losing truth or dare
The guys were cracking up 'til you said yeah
Pinch me, is this real?
I'm on a one way ticket out of loserville
Now I'm off the social flat line
Things are so good that I'm
Taking down my star-trek shrine
You blew me out on a Sunday night
You were bored to tears pretending
Knew what you wanted and I'm nothing like the
guy in your happy ending
Well you were wrong to lead me on
Now in the night I wake up screaming
Where the hell did I go wrong?
Where's Scotty when you need him?
Pinch me, is this real?
I'm on a one way ticket back to loserville
Heading for the social flat line
Things are so that bad
I'm dusting off my star trek shrine
This is where it ends and I can taste the glory
How can I depend
On a better story?
Made it, blew it, couldn't save it
Think about her all the time
It's like I never had her valentine
So I guess I better kiss goodbye to my ticket outta loserville

Star Wars is an epic science fiction franchise initially conceived by George Lucas during the 1970s and significantly expanded since that time. The first film in the franchise was simply titled Star Wars, but later had the subtitle Episode IV A New Hope added to distinguish it from its sequels and prequels. Star Wars was released on May 25, 1977 by 20th Century Fox, and became a worldwide pop culture phenomenon, initially spawning two sequels. Twenty-two years after Star Wars was released, Lucas began the release of a second trilogy as a prequel to the original trilogy.
The franchise has spawned other media including novels, television series, video games, and comic books. These supplements to the film trilogies comprise the Star Wars Expanded Universe, and have resulted in significant development of the series' fictional universe. As of 2008, the overall box office revenue generated by the six Star Wars films has totalled approximately $4.3 billion, making it the third-highest grossing film series.
The events depicted in Star Wars media take place in a fictional galaxy. Many species of alien creatures (often humanoid) are depicted. Robotic droids are also commonplace and are generally built to serve their owners. Space travel is common, and many planets in the galaxy are members of a Galactic Republic, later reorganized as the Galactic Empire.
One of the prominent elements of Star Wars is the "Force", which is an omnipresent form of energy which can be harnessed by those with that ability. It is described in the first produced film as "an energy field created by all living things [that] surrounds us, penetrates us, [and] binds the galaxy together."[2] The Force allows users to perform a variety of supernatural feats (such as telekinesis, clairvoyance, precognition, and mind control) and also can amplify certain physical traits, such as speed and reflexes; these abilities can vary from user to user and can be improved through training. While the Force can be used for good, it has a dark side that, when pursued, imbues users with hatred, aggression, and malevolence. The six films feature the Jedi, who use the Force for good, and the Sith, who use the dark side for evil in an attempt to take over the galaxy.[3][4][5][2][6][7]
[edit] Feature films
The Star Wars franchise began as a film series. The original trilogy comprised three films: Star Wars, released on May 25, 1977, Star Wars Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back, released on May 21, 1980, and Star Wars Episode VI: Return of the Jedi, released on May 25, 1983. The opening crawl of the sequels disclosed that they were numbered as "Episode V" and "Episode VI" respectively, though the films were generally advertised solely under their subtitles. Once Star Wars became a success and sequels were realized, Lucas numbered the initial film as the fourth episode in his series and gave it the subtitle A New Hope when the film was re-released in 1981.[2][6][7]
In 1997, to correspond with the twentieth anniversary of the release of Star Wars, Lucas released "Special Editions" of the three films to theaters. The re-releases featured alterations to the original films, primarily motivated by the improvement of CGI and other special effects technologies, which allowed visuals that were not possible to achieve at the time of the original filmmaking. Lucas continued to make changes to the original trilogy for subsequent releases, such as the first ever DVD release of the trilogy on September 21, 2004.[8]
On May 19, 1999, Lucas released the first of the long-awaited prequel trilogy, Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace. This was followed by Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones on May 16, 2002, and Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith on May 19, 2005. (Less)

I think the answer lies in four simple words. Who, What, Where & Why. The answers to these simple word questions give us parameters - those parameters create a framework for design. A number of years ago I had a good friend who worked for the production designer of Star Trek, The next generation, Herman Zimmerman. I thought it be amazing to work anywhere near that project so I decided to try and get Mr. Zimmermans attention. The way I thought of doing this was to design a house for Mr. Zimmerman and get him the design through my friend. Now, I thought the house I designed might be fun to look at in terms of our fours simple word questions. The first question I asked was Who? That who was Mr. Zimmerman and who Mr. Zimmerman is would affect my design for him. Now he was obviously way ahead of his time in terms of technological thinking, aesthetics, materials, & space travel for that matter, after all, he & his team were, in a way, setting precedents for the future of mankind. So the who in this case informed the futuristic look and feel of the building? The next question I asked was what? That is, what am I designing? The what in this case was a house because thats what I thought would be the most compelling way to get Mr. Zimmermans attention. A house no matter who its for has many of the same rooms and requirements. But since Mr. Zimmerman world was all about people living on space ships my design would take its cue from this typology. I decided it should appear like its flying, be streamlined, & composed of many parts like the ships seen on TV & film from battlestar glactica, star wars, starblazers or star trek. The next question is where? Now, most people dont have the luxury of picking a site - but, because this was fiction I did. The site can tell you a lot about what you should be building there, from the suns location to the prominent winds, the foliage and the topography. Now Im fascinated by cliff houses, as you can see in my video, how to design a cliff house. So I set the house on a cliff and to that end set the entire house on a single steel I-beam that cantilevered out from the sheer face of the cliff. The design had to be extremely dramatic and therefore fitting for the imagination and vision of such a person. And the last question one might ask is, Why? I think of this question as more of a subjective intangible. That is, why does the design look and feel like it does? Everybody has opinions and methods that make a design unique to them. Thats why theyre subjective and thats why theyre a bit intangible - because its not always easy to explain why we all do things the way we do. At the end of the day the why, in this case, was really answered by asking the first three questions. In my mind only a house that looks like a spaceship, acts like a spaceship and feels like a spaceship could be good enough for someone whose life revolves around space. So there you have it, a framework for design. If you want to design anything, from a product to a house to who knows what, you can start by asking yourself who, what, where and why. And that concludes; so you want to be an architect, part 5. Im Doug Patt. See you next time. (Less)
