Concerning the question about where Allaah is, some people may dispute the answer to that question so here is the answer to those whom disputes it:
''Then He Istawâ (rose over) towards the heaven and made them seven heavens and He is the All-Knower of everything.'' [2:29]
They claim in their attack (p. 5) that Allah said: "Do you feel secure that He (Allaah), who is above the heavens, will not cause the earth to sink with you[?]" (67:16) and this is a clear example of the manipulation of the literal meanings of the Holy Qur'an, which does not say "above the heavens" (man fawq al-samawat) but "in the heaven" (man fi al-sama'): see for example Pickthall or Yusuf Ali, which are the translations universally recognized and accepted by English-speaking Muslims, and also Shakir and Daryabadi:
PICKTHALL: Have ye taken security from Him Who is in the heaven that He will not cause the earth to swallow you when lo! it is convulsed?
YUSUF ALI: Do ye feel secure that He Who is in heaven will not cause you to be swallowed up by the earth when it shakes (as in an earthquake)?
SHAKIR: Are you secure of those in the heaven that He should not make the earth to swallow you up? Then lo! it shall be in a state of commotion.
DARYABADI: Are you secure that He Who is in the heaven willk not sink the earth with you, and then it should quake?
Malik in his Muwatta' and Muslim in his Sahih relate that Mu`awiya ibn al-Hakam came to the Prophet and told him: "I am very newly from the Jahiliyya, and now Allah has brought Islam," and he proceeded to ask about various Jahiliyya practices, until at last he said that he had slapped his slave girl, and asked if he should free her, as was obligatory if she was a believer. The Prophet requested that she be brought, and then asked her, "Where is Allah?" and she said, "In the sky (fi al-sama')"; whereupon he asked her, "Who am I?" and she said, "You are the Messenger of Allah"; at which he said, "Free her, for she is a believer."
Is there anything more clearer than that?
If you say: ''but Allaah doesnt actually mean that He rose over the heavens.'', well, let me tell you one thing, who gave you permission to make tafseer of the Quran? No one.
Muhammad saws never said anything about it and he is the most correct in any aspects of Islam, nor did the great scholars whom made tafseer of the Quran say anything about it. So please do not say something without knowledge.
Now the answer to the question about the Prophet's birthday:
we know that the Sahaabah (may Allaah be pleased with them) were the people who loved the Prophet most. Was it reported that Abu Bakr, who was the closest of people to him and the one who loved him the most, celebrated the birthday of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him)? Was it reported that 'Umar, who ruled for twelve years, or 'Uthmaan, did this? Was it reported that 'Ali, his relative and foster son, did this? Was it reported that any of the Sahaabah did this? No, by Allaah! Is it because they were not aware of its importance, or did they not truly love the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him)? No one would say such a thing except one who has gone astray and is leading others astray.
Did any of the imaams -- Abu Haneefah, Maalik, al-Shaafi'i, Ahmad, al-Hasan al-Basri, Ibn Seereen -- do this or command others to do it or say that it was good? By Allaah, no! It was not even mentioned during the first and best three centuries.
If you are saying: ''It is good, what is wrong with it? its not bid'ah I only do it because I love the Prophet and it takes me closer to him in love!'' then you must know that every little thing we can do to come closer in love to our beloved Prophet he would have told us to do it!
So please, love the Prophet by obeying him, not disobeying him.

Then he said, "Those who are rich in this world would have little reward in the Hereafter except those who spend their money here and there (in Allah's Cause), and they are few in number." Then he ordered me to stay at my place and went not far away. I heard a voice and intended to go to him but I remembered his order, "Stay at your place till I return." My father was martyred on the day (of the battle) of Uhud, and he was in debt. His creditors demanded their rights persistently. I went to the Prophet (and informed him about it). He told them to take the fruits of my garden and exempt my father from the debts but they refused to do so. So, the Prophet did not give them my garden and told me that he would come to me the next morning. He came to us early in the morning and wandered among the datepalms and invoked Allah to bless their fruits. Allah's Apostle entered the garden of the date-palms, wandering among the trees and ordered me (saying), "Pluck (the fruits) and give him his due." So, I plucked the fruits for him after the departure of Allah's Apostle and gave his thirty Awsuq, and still had seventeen Awsuq extra for myself. Jabir said: I went to Allah's Apostle to inform of what had happened, but found him praying the 'Asr prayer. After the prayer I told him about the extra fruits which remained. Allah's Apostle told me to inform (Umar) Ibn Al-Khatab about it. When 'Abdullah (my father) died, he left behind children and debts. The Prophet said (to me), "Classify your dates into their different kinds: 'Adhq bin Zaid, Lean and 'Ajwa, each kind alone and call all the creditors and wait till I come to you." I did so and the Prophet came and sat beside the dates and started measuring to each his due till he paid them fully, and the amount of dates remained as it was before, as if he had not touched them.
(On another occasion) I took part in one of Ghazawat among with the Prophet and I was riding one of our camels. The camel got tired and was lagging behind the others. The Prophet hit it on its back. He said, "Sell it to me, and you have the right to ride it till Medina.'' When we approached Medina, I took the permission from the Prophet to go to my house, saying, "O Allah's Apostle! I have newly married." The Prophet asked, "Have you married a virgin or a matron (a widow or divorcee)?" I said, "I have married a matron, as 'Abdullah (my father) died and left behind daughters small in their ages, so I married a matron who may teach them and bring them up with good manners." The Prophet then said (to me), "Go to your family." When I went there and told my maternal uncle about the selling of the camel, he admonished me for it. On that I told him about its slowness and exhaustion and about what the Prophet had done to the camel and his hitting it.

An American Carol (2008)
An anti-American filmmaker who's out to abolish the July Fourth holiday is visited by three ghosts who try to change his perception of the country.
"""An American Carol"" - ""An American Carol"" is an unlikely, outrageous and just slightly off-color twist on Charles Dickens A Christmas Carol. Re-imagined post-9/11, this wacky morality tale substitutes a celebrated documentarian for Ebenezer Scrooge, the Fourth of July for Christmas, and General George Patton for the Ghost of Christmas Past. As relentless in its ribbing as it is in forcing us to reconsider the freedoms we enjoy so casually, the film challenges Scrooge and the audience to seriously question what it means to be an American in an Anit-American world.
It also roasts the hell out of anyone who takes themselves too seriously, be it Hollywood celebrities, award shows, jihadists, radical Christians or political pundits. Nothing is sacred as all boundaries are violated in this never attempted before controversial comedy laced with no shortage of humoror heart.
The story starts with a Fourth of July barbecue, where the kids implore Grandpa (Leslie Nielsen) to tell one of his famous stories. As he begins his Independence Day, once upon a time rip-off of the Charles Dickens classic tale, we are introduced to highly lionized but extremely frustrated wannabe feature film director Michael Malone (Kevin Farley).
Struggling to be taken seriously and unable to get financing for his feature debut, Fascist America, Malone is having a really bad day. His latest documentary, Die, You American Pigs!, has just bombed at the box office; worse yet, hes also having trouble getting his latest cause célèbre to take flight: he wants to abolish the Fourth of July holiday in protest of the corrupt American war machine and its foreign policy.
His family life is no better as Malone is also fightinging to maintain a meaningful relationship with his polar opposite nephew, Josh (Travis Schuldt), a Naval officer just days away from shipping off to Iraq, leaving behind a long-suffering wife and three sick children: Timmy, on crutches; Tiny Becca, blind and crossed-eyed; and tiny Tina, stoically awaiting a kidney.
Meanwhile, Malones America-bashing documentaries are so intensely popular in the Middle East that when a ruthless terrorist cell leader named Aziz (Robert Davi) and his two stooges - dimwitted freedom fighters Mohammed (Geoffrey Arend) and Ahmed (Serdar Kalsin), decide to find a Hollywood director to spruce up their suicide bomber recruitment video, they believe theyve found the perfect patsy in Malone and head to America to enlist his talent. They trick him into making their film as his feature debut; seduced by their deep pockets, he accepts.
Thinking he is finally on the verge of being recognized as a serious auteur, Malone falls asleep watching his hero John F. Kennedys inaugural speech on television, only to be jarred awake when the former President steps out of the screen and into his bedroom. JFK is disturbed by Malones selective memory and skewed understanding of history, and expresses utter disappointment at his political point-of-view. The dead presidents ghostly visit foretells three more American spirits wholl come to call.
The next day, Malone is visited by the first spirit, General George C. Patton (Kelsey Grammer). Pattons ghost takes him to various points in history to show that war is sometimes the answer. He also shows Malone the dire consequences of an America that never went to war.
Malone also encounters the spirit of President George Washington (played by Academy Award® winner Jon Voight); attends the historic Munich conference to see Neville Chamberlain and Adolf Hitler; fights moaning ACLU zombies alongside a Supreme Court judge (played by Dennis Hopper); visits a present day slave plantation (the Civil War was fortunately averted); enjoys a show stopping musical number with college professors trapped in the sixties; is given a sincere glimpse into his nephews daily life as a solider; and has his face slapped, and stepped on, multiple times.
In the end, Malone faces the final spirit, the Angel of Death, a grim reaper perfectly embodied by 66 country music superstar Trace Adkins.
Other actors who appear in cameo roles include Kevin Sorbo, Chris McDonald, David Alan Grier, Bill OReilly (as himself), Gail OGrady and John OHurley.
