Shannon:Because I wanted to be away from them for a little bit...clear my mind. *starts fiddling with her dogtag* Kevin:Whats that? Shannon:I got this fo being on the honor roll...I never take it off. Kevin:What's it say on the back? Shannon:It says Shannon loves...well I haven't actully loved anyone yet. She gets a call. Shannon:Hello? Mom:Shannon...it's your grandfather. Shannon:What about him? Mom:You know how he's been in the hospital because of his stroke? Shannon:Yeah...did they cure him?!?!? Mom:I'm sorry honey...he died last night. Shannon:Alright mom...I have to go...love you...bye. Kevin:Who was that? Shannon:My mom...my grandpa...he died. *starts crying* Kevin:It's ok it's ok. Don't cry. *gives her a big hug* Shannon:Thanks Kevin...for being here. Kevin:Your welcome. They fall asleep just like that...all cuddled up. ____________________________________________ Awww....I loved that ending. Yes my grandpa did die of stroke but that was when I was like 6 or 7.
