One man approached, but Ibrahim -- wearing no pants -- chased him away. A St. Paul man who arrived at the building at 2:35 a.m. to pick up his child from a baby-sitter finally called police. When police arrived, they found Ibrahim & the victim, both naked from the waist down. The victim told investigators that Ibrahim had sexually assaulted her, though she had thwarted rape by holding her legs tightly together. A nurse examined the woman at Hospital & photographed bruises on the woman's inner knees that resembled fingerprints. Outside the courtroom, Ibrahim's mother, Fadumo Warsame, said "He's not guilty at all." No one was in the courtroom for the victim. She testified that she still has not told her mother & brother about the attack. "I didn't want people to know..." she said.
