Description: Heh. Everyone's doing Earthbound videos these days, so I figured I'd do one myself, although I'm not that big of an Earthbound fan. You might notice, the subject of this video is (More) Heh. Everyone's doing Earthbound videos these days, so I figured I'd do one myself, although I'm not that big of an Earthbound fan. You might notice, the subject of this video is Mother 1 (AKA Earthbound Zero) rather than Mother 2 or 3. In my opinion Mother 1 hasn't gotten enough love, and Mother 3 has gotten too much love. Putting Lucas in Brawl was bad enough, but making him an EXACT CLONE OF NESS was going too far. Why have a character just so that character is there? It doesn't make sense. Not to mention that Mother's Boss character in Brawl is Porky rather than Giygas. COME ON! And why is JEFF an Assist Trophy?! What about Ninten?! HUH?! HUH?! Have they completely dismissed Mother 1 from their minds? There are some things in Mother 1 that are never explained, such as what happened to turn this Giygas into the ball of red smoke seen in Mother 2. And what about the sworn revenge on Ninten? Or the foreshadowing at the end of the credits? Never explained at all... I also hope that Mother 1 sees the Virtual Console. They have an English translation so they may as well put Mother 1 on the VC. And Mother 2 is just plain classic so they may as well put that on the VC too. What exactly is their excuse or reasoning for not doing so? Well, if they're not going to put Mother 1 on the VC they could make a sequel to Mother 1. I know they said Mother 4 would never happen. But they never said anything about Mother One-and-a-half. ;) It would help to clear up a few things and disprove the rumors that Mother 2 is a remake of Mother 1 and not a sequel. (Yes, some people think that) As for the video itself, I may have broken the record for Lowest-levels-against-final-boss. But that's only because this is the stupidest final boss ever. I'm sorry, but when a boss is defeated JUST by singing, something is wrong, and as you're going to see in this video, something is very, VERY wrong. I also noticed that Ana never got the chance to show off her pretty voice. :( Curse Giygas's rape attack for hitting everyone at once! (Yes. Rape. That's the only thing the "Inexplicable attack" could've been.) Oh, and I slapped on some new music because that constant radio-or-whatever background noise is annoying. The first song is from Final Fantasy X, and the other...well, you'll find out. (Less)
