A new AkuRoku vid! =D I've been wanting to match this song up with Axel and Roxas for a long time too. I saw another AkuRoku vid with it a while ago (it seems the user has since removed it...) in which it was made to come from Axel's point of view. That's all fine and good, but personally, I always imagined it coming from Roxas' POV. Mostly because of something I remember reading in a Pink interview: I remember her saying that this song is about a guy friend of hers who died in a car/motorcycle accident (don't remember which). So the song is pretty much about a friendship that could've been something more, but never got the chance to be. And isn't that what AkuRoku is all about? (well, to some people anyway...) In this vid, Roxas reflects back on when he and Axel met, their friendship, and on the happier times that he (having retained some of Sora's naive traits...) thought would last forever. And yet through it all, he still has hope. Hope that someday, things will get back to the way they're supposed to be. The cool thing with this vid is that it can be viewed either way or in between (friendship or yaoi, that is). The other person (Axel, in this case) is referred to as a friend twice in the song, and the most yaoi this vid gets is at the lyric "That last kiss, I'll cherish," but I didn't make them kiss or anything; just a nice lip-sync :) So people on either side of the fence should like this vid (including those who sit on the fence, happily swinging their feet on both sides...like me ;D ). This is the first time I've done lip-sync with Roxas in a vid (except for my Organization XIII vid, but it was just a brief one), and I am very pleased with how it turned out :) *crosses fingers, hoping that uploading to youtube doesn't ruin the sync* I can't believe how fast I can make vids now, most of the work spent on making this was over the course of just 4 days, finishing it on the 5th day (and typing up this description on the 6th day, lol). So this took less than a week to make. My first two (Killer and Axel's Prayer) took over a month each to make! Now that I know what I'm doing (lol), I'm making them a lot faster than I used to. Which is good, since I have subscribers to please now ^_^ Anyway, enjoy the AkuRoku goodness :) The video clips are from KH-Vids.net and the song is "Who Knew" by Pink. EDIT: Aw crap, weird screenshot pic... OK, that's Hayner passing through Roxas on the sixth day. This is part of what will probably be the biggest part I'll ever give Hayner in a video. I don't hate him, I just don't like him all that much...he's too moody. (That boy must have some sort of male PMS or something...and the way he's depicted in the KH2 manga... :/ Yeah, Hayner's definitely not one of my favorites...) (Less)

Bill and i shot this in an afternoon. we just couldn't get it going on the 'neighbor' street-- you see Bill distracted by the cars going by, but that take ended up being good for other reasons... "BIG FOOT HIM!" the vocals are where they happened in the takes; only the "DEAD MEAT" part is a fly-in. i asked Bill to do that after his take at the last location; it was a great moment in the BAT MAN version i wanted to keep if possible. he did it a capella, and what happened right after is the last shot in the video. Bill makes motorcycle sounds when they roll by (but it's hard to hear it sometimes).
