So, the administrators can tell them to take off their clothes, then have them put them back on for a good spanking...A strip search differs from a manual-cavity-search cuz only a medical professional at a correctional facility can do this, and they must have permission from a judge. But in some circumstances permission could be granted simply because you refused the visual search. BTW, a security guard at the local Walmart or Target cannot strip search you. If you empty your pockets, it's your choice. They can detain you until the police arrive, or, only if they are an actual police officer, they can perform a pat down. Speaking of pat downs, NO they cannot legally run their hands or fingers over your genitals, bottom, or breasts. No they cannot legally run their fingers in the inside lining of your undergaments, nor can they lift your bottom with thier finger legally. The cops who do this are perverts getting their grope on, and you should fall to the ground screaming and crying if they do this, and tell everyone why you are doing this. Strip searches are to be in a private room, affording the most privacy possible. But how often do you think that this is done, and how often do you think more than one guard is present? And how often do you think that this is used as punishment in the form of public humiliation, or daily harassment by guards and other officials? Really, the biggest question is, if I'm hiding a Vlastic pickle up there, how is any amount of bending and coughing, or showering in full view of a guard gonna cause that pickle to come whirling out unless I let it? Stop laughing, this is serious. The humiliation starts well before anyone is convicted of the crime btw, so if you are ever arrested for anything, prepare to get bukked naked, with your former high school bully now ordering you to take off your drawers while other guards and prisoners walk by. Juveniles are not spared the humiliation either. At a time when most are especially sensitive about their bodies, they are made to undress in front of strangers and shower in full view of their peers. Is there any question that this is one of the factors contributing to the fact thst most are more emotionally numb when they leave a correctional facility, even after just a 1 hour stay for a simple arrest for speeding? We go from controlling who sees us naked our entire lives to suddenly being told to bend over and spread em. The emotional trauma and scarring from this is inescapably devastating. The electronic technology that would make these so-called procedures unnecessary have existed forever, with backscatter x-rays already in use at some facilies. Why are we still making people take off their clothes? Certainly it's not because somebody gets off on forcing nervous teenagers and adults to undress 1 item at a time? Al-Zarqawi had an association with the terrorist group Al-Qaida, as does Muntada al-Ansar. The video is about five and a half minutes long. Berg is seen in the video wearing an orange jumpsuit. He identified himself: "My name is Nick Berg, my father's name is Michael, my mother's name is Susan. I have a brother and sister, David and Sarah. I live in West Chester, Pennsylvania, near Philadelphia." The video shows Berg surrounded by five men wearing ski masks and shemaghs. A lengthy statement is read aloud. The statement says that Berg's killing was in direct retaliation for the abuse of prisoners by U.S. troops at Abu Ghraib prison. The masked men then converge on Berg and decapitate him with a knife. A scream can be heard as men shout the Takbir: "Allah Akbar". While I don't agree with the statements you make in your video, Sveinung, and I also think your video was unnecessarily provocative and explicit, you make points that I think are worthy of an intellectual discussion. I also support your right to free speech and to say whatever you want to say, provided no one is being forced to listen (and given the title of your video, there should be no doubt to anyone as to what it is about!)
While I don't deny that pedophilia is not a choice but is an innate bias like heterosexuality, and also that demonization of pedophiles by society probably does make a higher percentage of them prone to becoming rapists, I also can't condone adults having sex with children. Now I do understand that there are examples of children whose sexual experience with an adult was positive in nature. Examples would include the case of Mary Kay Letourneau and Vili Fualaau, and also the true story upon which the "The Little Coochie Snorcher That Could" skit from the famous play "The Vagina Monologues" is based.
HOWEVER, I don't think the fact that some people occasionally find the experience positive to be a good argument for having sex with children. There are far too many cases where the experience is not positive, and given the power imbalance between adults and children I think it is far too risky to allow even consensual sex between adults and children because it is almost impossible for a child to truly give "informed consent". A young child cannot understand the full complexities of sex and should not be burdened with having to sort his or her feelings out at such a young age.
I do however, fully support child sex education. As I see it, there is no reason any person of any age needs to be kept ignorant about one of the basic realities of our very existence--sex. Neither should children be taught to regard either sexual fantasies, sexual orientation, or masturbation as being in any way "dirty" or "immoral", because they are not! To heap this kind of unnecessary guilt trip upon an impressionable young child through religious indoctrination can also be quite traumatizing!
Children who are educated about sex are also less likely to fall victim to a sexual predator, and if it does happen will be less traumatized by it and less likely to keep it secret. So in short I would argue this: Educate children about sex--yes, but don't have sex with them!

LUCKNOW: In a chilling reminder of the Imrana case, yet another young woman from Muzaffarnagar who allegedly fell victim to her father-in-law's sexual assault faces a bleak future after mullahs called for the annulment of her marriage.
On July 6, Salma (25), an unlettered mother of two kids, returned to her parental home in Islamnagar, Muzaffarnagar, after she was allegedly raped by her father-in-law over a period of six months. Salma's father, Raisuddin, filed a criminal complaint with the police under section 376-506 IPC in Ghaziabad, and the accused, Salma's father-in-law Akbar, has been jailed.
But in the process her four-year-old marriage to Azad has virtually ended after clerics ruled their reunion as 'haraam'.
"A woman who has had a sexual liaison with her husband's father cannot be his consort anymore. A divorce is a must," Mufti Maulana Imran, senior cleric from Darul Uloom Deoband, said on Monday after his view was sought. The prescribed punishment in the case, he maintained, was 'sangsar' or public stoning of the victim and the culprit until death.
In 2007, Imrana's case, which was broadly similar with the clerics declaring her marriage null and void after she was raped by her father-in-law, had led to a tsunami of criticism of the mullahs who have been treading cautiously on inter-personal issues ever since.
Maulana Khurshid Alam Qazmi, another mufti from Darul Uloom, when contacted by TOI, refused to discuss "a religious edict" on phone.
"In any case there are so many fatwas issued from Deoband that it's next to impossible for me to remember any details," he said.
But Mufti Imran was more forthright. "Such a relationship as in the particular case is totally immoral and can't be condoned," he told reporters on Monday.
"The couple must separate. They are free to marry any other man or woman on a later date but their nikah is void under Islam," he said.
The mufti also ruled that "children in this case (Salma has one two-year-old and a four-month-old son) must be looked after by the father who is entitled to their custody". The woman, the mufti clarified, "cannot be exonerated for such a thing cannot happen without her consent."
According to Raisuddin's FIR lodged on July 5, Akbar was sexually abusing Salma for the last six months. It says Akbar told her that if she opposed his overtures he would have her father and brother killed. He also used firearms to coerce her. "The husband is under the father's influence and can't protest.
Moreover, Akbar has promised him another wife," the FIR says. Salma, who was virtually under house arrest, spoke about her trauma to a visiting aunt and asked her to approach Raisuddin and save her. (Less) Channel: youtube

Amy Emily Annamunthodo was born on May 7th 2002. Her parents Jason Walker and Anita Annamunthodo split not long after she was born. Her father Jason was not allowed to see her. Emily lived with her grandmother Chanardai Basdeo but after her grandmother fell ill she was returned to her mother's house. This is when the abuse started. On January 26th her grandmother and mother were able to get a San Fernando judge to release Emily to her mother after she was taken to the hospital. Emily was once rescued from her mothers home but was later returned back.
April 27, 2004, just short of her second birthday, the child was taken to the San Fernando General Hospital by a woman police. She was examined by Accident and Emergency doctors and paediatricians. The examinations revealed lesions of varying ages to her face, back, upper and lower limbs and buttocks, as well as swollen lips, infected right great toe and fractured right forearm bones. She also had a left squint.
Just after her third birthday, Amy Emily was returned to the hospital. The report of the attending physician was that she had "numerous scars about her face and torso in varied stages of healing... She had a large swelling on her back, which was fluid-filled, in keeping with a haematoma or clot caused by blunt force trauma to her back." On both occasions, instead of being taken into protective state custody as her injuries would demand, the child was returned to her family. "She had burns, bruises, broken bones, and the family always attributed the cause of these injuries to falls or insect and mosquito bites,"
Neighbours saw Emily Stepfather push her down some staris and scream at her to get up but out of fear of her step father they never did anything to help her. Emily suffered a dislocated shoulder after the fall, but was not taken for medical attention. It was not uncommon for Emily to be left locked in the house in the dark. She suffered from malnutrition and she often cried because she was afraid of the dark. Neighbours witnessed all of this but never once helped Emily.Her father Jason Walker also admitted that he knew of the torture of the child but did nothing to stem it. The last time he saw Emily was after she was hospitalized after a severe beating.
On May 15th 2006 days after her fourth birthday Emily died while at her mother and stepfathers home. An autopsy revealed death was due to multiple traumatic injuries about the child's body. Amy Emily Annamunthodo had been raped, sodomised, beaten and suffocated at her home at Union Park, Marabella. Emily, as she was called by relatives, had been locked in a room and a piece of cloth was stuffed into her mouth to muffle her screams as she was raped and buggered. There were abrasions in the child's mouth, while her hymen and anus had been ruptured.
Her stepfather and mother were arrested her father is still in jail but her mother was freed after the police officer that arrested her did not appear in court. She apologized for what she had done.
Emily died after months of abuse. Her neighbours knew but turned a blind eye. Remember Emily's story the next time you think a child is being abused. Don't live in fear of their abusers imagine what it must be like for them.
At 2:35 in the video was the only picture i could find of Emily. It was a headlines on the nespapers taken at her funeral. STOP CHILD ABUSE NOW.
