However, all of the hype and propaganda about global climate change - which is quite possibly inevitable and due to changes in the Sun and the Earth's water vapor system - also threatens the development of all third world nations - where majority of unnecessary suffering occurs. These topics are rarely broadcasted to people!! I studied systems engineering and finance at the "Ivy League" University of Pennsylvania. I took a seminar - in 1997!! - with dozens of visiting world renowned EXPERT lecturers that CONVINCED me that global warming "THREATENS" to eventually decimate or annihilate the current human population!!! (Oddly enough, I wouldn't mind if - and have indeed already resigned myself to the fact that - other species will be given back some ecosystem to thrive!) It is a long and complicated explanation but briefly: only a small fraction of the current population of 6 billion will be able to survive on the fresh water and arable land available on Earth when it (eventually, some day) irrevocably switches from an ICE AGE dynamic equilibrium to an ARID AGE steady state! Can we stop it? and how quickly will the change occur (dozens, hundreds or thousands of years)? are the only real questions in my mind at this point!!!! Questions?? EXTREME ENVIRONMENTAL changes on Earth constantly and CONSISTENTLY cause: 1. extremely rapid - a few months to a few decades - dominant species extinction followed by 2. nearly as rapid alternative species "blooming" (exploding diversity) This is THE ONLY consistent, long term biological process that occurs on Earth: No one species has EVER dominated Earth for long due to hitherto unpredictable and uncontrollable CATASTROPHIC ecosystem changes (moderate ice age to EXTREME arid age is merely one of many - and it usually takes some time...but why risk speeding this up?...) Just recently the scientific world announced that - according to current verifiable data - 30% - 40% of known species may be extinct by 2050 - due mainly to climate change! All debate is reasonable. However, is it reasonable to continue doing something - not utterly necessary for our current or future survival - that "debatable" scientific evidence clearly shows MAY some "debatable" day MERCILESSLY PLAGUE or perhaps even END our species prematurely?!? Because that is exactly what nature has always intended and ALWAYS done! Test and improve the Earth's many genetic codes' SURVIVAL ABILITY!! I audited PENN's bi-weekly SYSTEMS ENGINEERING seminar of various international scientific experts back in 1997! The whole story only came together after over 20 world renowned experts - from diverse disciplines - had extensively weighed in on multifarious and extremely complex scientific topics. I was CONVINCED of a real and absurdly extreme and "immediate" THREAT to humanity - worse than any other I have studied (entropy, plague, viruses, asteroids, orbital/solar system change, peak oil, war (nukes in Asia?), premature, "Frankenstein-like", scientific advancement (genetic engineered weapons!)...notice how terrorism is not worth mention - it doesn't even register as a threat to our species!) - with a real but uncertain probability: Why throw dice unnecessarily?? WHAT WE SHOULD DO: 1. Develop better climate prediction technology - including early waring systems for the most likely catastrophic climate scenarios (collapse of the West Antarctic Ice Sheet, rapid loss of the Greenland Ice Sheet, large-scale changes in ocean circulation systems...) 2. Develop technologies to improve the energy-conversion efficiency of coal-fired Chinese power plants (these will produce the lion's share of CO2 over the next century). 3. Develop technology: alternative energy, energy conservation and efficiency, "decarbonizing" technology. 4. Plant trees, use reflective paint, buttress buildings better, develop crops that grow better in warmer climates, rethink zoning codes for coastal areas. 5. Promote more energy efficient habits and lifestyles through education and monetary and social incentives (EVERYONE SHOULD WORK ON THIS). Live only where you can WALK or BIKE to almost every daily activity, shun activities that use energy sources, prefer more natural (outdoor?) social activities (lights at night are unnatural and actually stressful to you and cause you to produce less melatonin, increasing your cancer risk! Libraries are better - more accurate, useful and healthier - sources of information than the internet!) http://www.MySpace.com/JamesGraff http://www.GarageBand.com/artist/Jame... http://www.JamesGraff.com I made a home made video: "She's My Whole World" written in 1985, produced, engineered, photographed, edited, sang and performed entirely by James Graff. (Pictures are of Liina Kairo - in no particular order - pretty amazing how the photos and audio seem to serendipitously fall into place!!) "If you were to dedicate your life to easing suffering on earth - now and into the future - how would you do it? What would you do?" (Work/play ONLY for charity?) sang, played all the instrument, recorded and produced this song on four track cassette as a DEMO in my MOM'S LAUNDY ROOM!!! The song was partially inspired by the Police song "Every Breath You Take" which I pay homage to with the line: "...and every breath I take..." I hope that every one catches the allegory/analogy and the moral "to the story": it's a song about a girl who is my "whole world" but on the second most obvious level it's also about our world the planet earth - better treat "her" right!!! Date Created 1985 Lyrics Lyrics for "She's My Hole World" (Copyright 1985) She's so beautiful, Done up in green and blue In such a Godly way, I can't keep away And she's last and first, In quenching all my thirsts She's gives me streams and lakes, and every breath I take She's My Whole World She's not just my girl, She's My Whole World She's not just my girl, She's My Whole World And I'd do anything, Just to keep her hole 'Cus all my night time warmth, comes from deep within her soul The analogy goes on, but not in just one song, She's My Whole World I wish you all only knew the way she makes me think that it's nothin' new that we're on the brink Our next generation's becoming extinct It's time we renewed our pact don't you think She's not just my girl, She's My Whole World She's not just my girl, She's My Whole World And such a pretty face, No other could replace She's every thing I feel, without her nothing's real The analogy goes on, But not in just one song She's My Whole World When you and I aren't here, the stratosphere disappears And when you're not by my side Armegeddon gets in my eyes And when we fight nuclear bombs ignite Such a fright...site...bright...white... She's my only world...

Conditions this therapy has helped include: Parkinson's Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Cerebral Palsy, spinal cord injury, short term memory loss, heart conditions, blood pressure, respiratory problems, psoriasis, thrombosis, varicose veins, oedema, optic nerve damage, bladder infections, scoliosis of the spine, leg ulcer, gangrene, even completely restoring sight in supposedly irreversible optic nerve damage caused through long term progressive ms, to the point where a lady with long term damage to the optic nerve, who could not make out the edge of her monitor, completed an Open University degree and can now legally drive a vehicle on the road without wearing glasses. Confirmed by her ophthalmologist.
Tested by an independent therapist:

Currently conducting an experiment to prove that psoriasis is a circulation problem rather than a disease. If you know of anyone who has this condition and would help by providing before during and after photographs of affected areas please ask them to read the information about this experiment at:

Spinal Cord Injury
On Saturday April 15th 2000, John obtained the timber for parallel bars to be erected at his home in Cornwall, On Sunday I went to John's home and completed the job, for tomorrow was to be a momentous occasion indeed.
John was left paralysed, in 1990, when surgery to his spine went wrong. He was told that after two years any chance of further recovery would be highly unlikely and for the next six years he experienced little if any change in his condition.
Monday morning I am on my way to John's home in Cornwall, to meet with Tim Iredale, who is a news reporter for Carlton Television Southwest. We intended to witness something truly magical. But could not have imagined what was in store for us.
John was about walk in front of a television camera and crew for the first time in close to ten years. John had told me that he had regained the ability to move his legs, but I had grossly underestimated how much function John had regained.
During the interview, John was asked to show how he manages to get out of bed now and he transferred with ease both in and out of bed, leaning back and lifting his legs. He was then asked to raise his legs while lying on the bed and he obliged with ease. When asked if he could feel when touched on his legs, he replied my legs feel like normal legs instead of heavy weights. John then went on to explain how much of the swelling in his legs had gone-and that this flies in the face of the current act of elevating the legs above the heart. Advise from the medical profession, which John duly ignored in favour of sleeping with his legs down.
Fortunately for John this meant that he could now wear ankle braces and special shoes, which would, provided support for his substantially weakened and as yet unresponsive ankles.
John approached the parallel bars in his wheel chair and applied the brakes when he was in position. He grasped the two ends of the parallel bars and using his legs he pushed himself into a vertical position. Towering some six feet four inches, John moved one leg in front of the other, bending the knees as he lifted each leg to walk 12 feet to the end of the bars. I turned and looked at Tim and saw disbelief and astonishment flash across his face, I bet my face was a sight to behold too. John then turned his powerful 19 stone body around and walked, yes walked back to his chair. Struggling and somewhat weakened by the experience, he lowered his body into the chair and his face had the expression of a boxer who had just knocked down his opponent. He said casually: 'Was that alright'? John had indeed delivered a powerful blow to his opponent.
Fortunately heavy rain prevented us from doing a retake and the rest of the interview took place in John's bedroom.
When the story was finished and everyone was ready to leave, I turned and thanked the camera man and Tim Iredale, who turned and said that this is one of those days that you will always remember, one of those days when you know exactly what you were doing.
The cameraman said while shaking my hand that: ' it has been a privilege to work with me and witness the results from such a simple application'.
I drove home the richest man alive that day and will remember it for the rest of my days.
On Monday the 17th April 2000 I waited for the local news on Carlton TV and saw the opening news which pictured me looking down my Naturesway Sleep System, a simple bed designed for to take us into the new millennium. After the interlude the fun really started. John was walking for everyone in the South West of England to see, at least. The news stayed focused on the remarkable effects of two eight-inch blocks tucked under the head end of John's bed. No $billion research, no waiting for the next ten years to see if it works and no room for any refutation of the results, which were plain for everyone to see on Carlton Television, News, Language Science Park, Plympton, Plymouth, Devon, UK. But John is not the only person with a spinal cord injury, who is benefiting from the effects of gravity, in fact there are two more people in the Torbay Area of Devon who are making steady progress.
Sunday Independent April 16th,2000 page 4 Burrington Way, Plymouth PL5 3LN UK
Heading: RAISING HIS BED TOWARDS THE SKIES, BY ANTHONY ABBOTT.
WHEELCHAIR-BOUND Julian Boustead is taking to the skies for a parachute jump to raise awareness about a simple bed treatment that's given him a new lease of life.
The 37 year old - who was left paralysed after breaking his neck during a charity assault course run. Struggling to get out of bed in the morning and always felt the cold until he took the simple step of raising the head of his bed on blocks of wood by a matter of inches. Julian, who lives near Torquay, has urged everyone to try the Naturesway Sleep System, Pioneered by West-Country Inventor Andrew Fletcher, and first revealed in the Sunday Independent nearly three years ago.
He said; 'I used to feel dizzy when I got up and I couldn't stay outdoors for long because I always felt the cold. 'After the first night, I got out of bed straight away with the help of the nurses and I did not feel faint, My circulation has also improved. I would never put the bed back again and all my family are sleeping on raised beds.'
Now Julian, a former professional boxer and equestrian expert who still teaches youngsters riding, has premised Andrew Fletcher he will do a parachute jump this summer to show other sufferers the benefit of the bed treatment.

It was former engineer Andrew who contacted Julian two years ago after learning of his plight and suggested he tried the bed method.
Gravity
Andrew was fascinated by the way water moved up trees through roots and wandered how the gravity and the flow of water would effect the human body.
He put some bricks under the head of his own bed and within four weeks, his wife's varicose veins had disappeared. Since then he has discovered his treatment has helped MS sufferers get some feeling back in their legs and arthritis sufferers.
John's story
In 1990 I had two slipped discs, and had a lamenectomy which ended up with
me being unable to walk. It is thought that a delay of 39 hours for surgery to what was found to be a compression of the spinal cord was responsible for my paralysis.
I was lucky enough to get a bed at ROOKWOOD Hospital, a place that I cannot
thank or speak highly enough of, they gave me back the will to live.
After two years all the slow progress stopped as I had been informed to expect. I
had no feeling from the hips down and no movement of the legs at all. Luckily my
arms were o.k so transfers to the wheelchair were more of a throw which usually
ended with my coccyx hitting the wheel, but as there was no feeling, so it didn't
bother me too much. After a few months came the most horrendous phantom pains
like a knife attached to the mains that struck anywhere in the legs or feet, for
this I was on strong painkillers or if it was too bad injections.
When driving my car around a corner, I had to wedge my head against the roof of the car to stop my body from falling over. This was due to damage to the nerves, which used to control the nerves which held my upper body erect, something I used to take for granted as everyone else does.
Getting into bed would involve tremendous effort. I would throw my rear onto the bed and then with my right hand holding the wheel, I would pull my left leg up, with my left hand, holding my trouser leg. Then holding the bedding with my left hand, I would pull my right leg up with my right hand. At one stage I had even asked for my legs to be amputated, as they were useless and hung heavily. In addition my toenails would fall out on a regular basis, predominantly the big toe nails, often coming away when I removed my socks.
I often bumped my coccyx while transferring from my wheelchair, though I could not tell if I had injured myself, due to the absence of pain.
About two years ago a cutting from a paper was sent to me, it was about Andrew
Fletcher's raised bed. I rang Andrew and he explained his theory and told me how
to raise the bed. The bed was raised eight inches that day, when I saw the bed
it looked impossible not to end up on the floor at the foot. However that night
was wonderful, the phantom pains stopped and I had a full nights sleep. Slowly
things started to improve, improvements such as instead of having to grab my sock
or trouser leg to lift my legs onto the bed I could lean back and swing them up, muscles in
my thighs started to twitch, turning over in bed became possible without having to
grab the side of the bed and pull myself over, not having to pull my legs over
by hand.
I have experienced so many improvements that creep up and are not noticed until days
later.
Pains started again and I thought here we go again, but it soon became obvious
to me that it was nerve regeneration pains that I was experiencing. Although they felt like
previous pains, these stayed in the same place anything from six to twenty four hours.
The next time the pains moved further down the leg, now I am glad to say those
pains have gone the last ones were in my toes. The present pains are in the
feet again but generated from the nerve that runs under the buttocks, now the
feeling has come back to that area it makes sitting in the wheelchair most
uncomfortable, but that is the next problem to get over, but I will, in the knowledge
that something else will improve when the new pains subside.
Now, what I would like to say to everyone who reads this is; if you have any medical problem try it, and more importantly "stick with it"!
Most of all have faith in the healing power of gravity, it has worked for me, AND WHEN I WALK AGAIN!
I will first thank Andrew, and secondly I will let everyone that reads this web page know about it.

My channel on you tube : http://www.youtube.com/alanheath is one of the most prolific from Poland, although unfortunately not the most visited. With almost one film per day, one may be forgiven for thinking I do nothing else but I do have a day job as well. I have produced more than 400 original films, most in English but also in Polish, French, Italian, Spanish and the occassional hint of German and Hebrew. My big interest in life is travel and history but I have also placed films on other subjects
Please feel free to ask questions in the public area or to comment on things you disagree with. Sometimes there are mistakes because I speak without preparation. If I see the mistakes myself, I make this clear in the text. Please also leave a star rating!
There are a number of films here on the packaging industry. This is because I am the publisher of Central and Eastern European Packaging -- http://www.ceepackaging.com - the international platform for the packaging industry in this region focussing on the latest innovations, trends, design, branding, legislation and environmental issues with in-depth profiles of major industry achievers. Most people may think packaging pretty boring but it possibly effects your life more than you really imagine!
Central and Eastern European Packaging examines the packaging industry throughout this region, but in particular in the largest regional economies which are Russia, Germany, Poland, Czech Republic, Ukraine and Austria. That is not to say that the other countries are forgotten, they are not, but obviously there is less going on. However the fact that there are so many travel related films here is not from holidays but from business trips attending trade fairs around the region and the sites http://www.ceepackaging.com/articles/... and http://www.ceepackaging.com/articles/... give a pretty good idea where future films are going to come from! Every packaging trade fair is a new excuse to make another film!
In 1997 I founded Polish Business News http://www.pbn.com.pl .There are a number of business related films here and I intend to do many more on CRM (customer relations management).
My blog can be found via http://www.ceepackaging.com and http://www.pbn.com.pl and contains background information and more details of many of my films. This information is in English.
I have also a second blog on the site http://www.navigeo.net/blog/alan-heat... . This site has been recently started by a friend and I think it will soon be one of the leading travel sites in Poland, if not Central Europe. It contains additional information about some of the places and events shown in these films but most of that is in Polish. (Less)

Mother and baby are both comfortable, Dr Jack Newman is quiet and respectful of them both. No coercion is happening at all, and most importantly, no hands are on the back of baby's head, trying to force matters. Notice that when the mother trails her nipple across the baby's top lip, and the baby opens its mouth really wide in response, that the mother and Dr Jack move the baby forward ever so slightly from the supportive position of holding the baby's shoulders and the base of the neck. Nothing is pushing this baby out of alignment, just the whole body moving forward a quarter inch so that 'gape' now has a lot of breast in it. If you think about it, and put your own hand on the back of your head now and push... what happens? Your head moves down, your mouth closes and your throat is constricted. This is not gong to help you open your mouth really wide and swallow well. :-) Baby's head actually needs to move back and up, not forward and down. The positioning of the baby (presenting the baby to the breast) and the calm and confident way the mother is holding and supporting the baby along her body and on the shoulders and base of the neck, is allowing this baby to 'gape' without any stress. There are more links to this 'latch' technique on the 'First Latch' video in our library here on YouTube. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ox8ht-EVnQA But do remember - what works for your baby works for you! :-) There is no 'one way' to do this. You'll find your own path with your little one - trust yourself, trust baby! If you ever see a breastfeeding video (especially on YouTube, where formula manufacturers place videos to lure you to their formula sites) where the baby is having its mouth forced open, or where the baby has a hand on the back of its head, being 'pushed' onto the breast - be aware this is not Good Practice - and may ruin your breastfeeding relationship for a while, until baby recovers from being forced. Dr Jack discusses this so clearly in this video, that the conversation is just as valuable as seeing that powerful little mouth work that breast tissue and get loadsamilk! What he's saying, and showing, makes good sense. Mothers need to be confident and supported and relaxed, and babies need to be with their mothers. A good milk supply comes from letting the baby have as much access to the breast as possible in the vital first few weeks. Taking baby off the breast, sticking a dummy or pacifier in its mouth when it cries, scheduling feeds for set times and for set amounts of time, having one bottle of top up formula to keep Grandmother happy... all these things can compromise your milk supply in the first few weeks. So be aware of the effect of such interventions, and use them wisely. http://www.kellymom.com/bf/supply/index.html It's hard being a new Mum, and you often feel you 'have to get on' and do other things in those first few weeks. But resting and letting baby breastfeed as much as you can, and getting others to do housework and laundry and bring you nice things to eat...is what 'support' is all about! (Not having people saying "He's not feeding again!?! Why don't you give him formula is he's so hungry?" or "Well if you let me bottle feed her, I can take her off your hands and you get some sleep." Advice like this is a poke in the eye with a blunt stick!) Here's some links on how you might manage this juggle, if you don't think you're up to saying "No, my job is feeding the baby, and I will sit here and let myself relax!" http://www.llli.org/FAQ/priorities.html http://www.llli.org/FAQ/housework.html http://www.kellymom.com/bf/normal/frequent-nursing.html http://www.kellymom.com/pantley/pantley13.html http://www.llli.org/FAQ/criticism.html http://www.llli.org/NB/NBJulAug99p116.html Finally, Dr Jack mentions 'breast compressions' as a way to get more milk into the baby if either of you are struggling. This link explains it.. http://www.kellymom.com/newman/15breast_compression.html but there is a seperate video going into it in detail on: http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=HJrBRYxDNSE Good Luck! Remember - you can do this! :-) (Less)

But in this show, Janet Kuypers, because shw was exemplifying living in a big world (the title of the show), she drew a large chair, painted it onto a white canvas (which actually was a bunch of pieces of 8.5" x 11" paper stuck together) and attached it to a wooden base, so she could literally sit in a drawing of a large chair (it was 60" wide, actually). The visual display of the artwork projected onto a large paper screen for this show (which once again was actually a bunch of pieces of 8.5" x 11" paper stuck together)was a drawn TV, and inside the TV a bunch of Janet Kuypers photographs from around the world was shown in this "drawn" TV. I try to breathe. My hands rest on my thighs. I must watch to be sure, everything must be right: the silverware, small fork, large fork, plate, knife, large spoon, small spoon. Water glass. Wine glass. I know no one else sees them: the fish, the red fish, in the curtains along the wall. You have to watch them. My eyes always glance there. They are evil fish. They sit in the curtains, they wait, and then they come out. And the yogurt, the yogurt is the only thing that can save me from them. throw the yogurt, take a spoon, use your hands. Anything. And we sat there before dinner, and he ate his yogurt with his first spoon before I could stop him. How could you do this? How can you save yourself now? Will I have to save you again, do you even understand the danger — the prose: Man Who Talks Loud... Say Nothing I try to learn about the world, try to understand the world. While first traveling, I did a MidWest tour of poetry, then was in a Chicago poetry show at the National Poetry Slam in Albuquerque, New Mexico. I sell my performance art audio on iTunes & Naster, I try to share myself with the world, but I wonder if I'm actually getting through to anyone. I heard a Native American man, whose parents were from two different tribes (meaning that he could never truly have an allegiance with just one tribe), say that after he traveled extensively, he tried to tell his story to the people of either tribe, and no one wanted to even listen to him. They called him Ex-eh-ba-che, which means "man who talks loud... say nothing." Ex-eh-ba-che. "Man who talks loud... say nothing." Oh, what am I saying, I've been around the world, but I've never talked to a Native American. That was actually from a movie I saw, I don't even know if "Ex-eh-ba-che" is a real word or means anything. But... If I want to see something about the world around me, maybe I should turn on the tee vee, I mean, if news channels can have reporters in war zones, there's got to be something worth watching. Maybe I'll just get out the remote and turn on the tee vee, then press the play button and see what's out there in the world. — the poem: Fighting I Can Do I know these are normal things for me to be going through I know that I have been raped and beaten I know they've tried to kill me and lucky me, I survived I think I can survive everything they throw at me But as time wears on little pieces of this statue are chipped away everybody wants something, right? well, they've been taking from me and taking and taking and taking and my defenses are getting weaker and I don't know how much more fighting I can do — the poem: I Want you know what I want? i want a big house with filtered central air and i want a big lawn so i can recreate nature and i want a big fence so i'll know what's mine and i want the evergreens trimmed into neat little balls, because it has to look neat. plant everything in a row. and i want to spray chemicals on my lawn to keep the dandelions away and i want a plastic lobster bib over my fancy dress at the fancy restaurant and don't forget the hundred dollar champagne and i want a big fat car, and i want someone else to drive it and i want the two kids, one boy, one girl and i want a nanny to take care of them for me i want to be famous i want everyone to love me i want it i want it all — the prose: Adjusting Your Beliefs We lived in Pennsylvania for 6 months, and while I continued my work with cc&d magazine, I got a P.O. box in the town Intercourse Pennsylvania. And actually, it was an amish town, and we would go to the store there to stock up on spices, and the amish people who worked there were all short - Now, I know I'm tall, but when I say they were short I should also say that their heads looked child-like... that the people working there looked like they had a mild form, or early stages of, downs syndrome. We could only guess by looking at the faces of these people that the Amish had too severe a history of inbreeding, and no one new came into their community. And recently I was in Champaign to plant a tree, and we stopped at a mall and there was this hydro massage store in the mall - it was this temporary place that had booths set up for individuals to lay down in, and many jets of water pulsated into plastic sheets over the person's body, it was a massage thing that people could pay for. Now, I had seen things like this before, but I was told I should try this, you know, just splurge, so I was in this thing that looked like a tanning bed for your body with your head sticking out at the end, and John talked to a few girls there, because he noticed how they looked liked they were dressed in near Amish, or Mennonite, clothing. And he found out that these girls were in their late teens, and they came in from out of town on a bus trip; yes, they were Amish, but yes, this was a trip sponsored by their Amish community, and one of the girls said she was on this trip to hopefully find a husband. And it seems that they were doing this, they were allowing this much technology into the outskirts of their lives, to find someone else to have children with. Ah, the choices we make. The sacrifices we make to help our lives, or the things we are willing to destroy when faced with insurmountable decisions. — the poem: A Retired Policeman Talks About Suicides He's Seen As a cop, I remember one lady, we found her in her bathtub, she cut her throat. That's odd, for women, normally they take pills, they don't like to disfigure themselves. But she knew what she was doing, cutting her throat in a full bath. Less messy that way. Autopsy said she was full of barbiturates. She was a nurse, that explained how she knew how to do it, but then we found out that she was pregnant, too. And to top it off, her brother was a priest. — the prose: Technology and Communication (which is prose that has a bit of the poem "Communication '05" in it) Oh, I'm sorry. I was listening to my iPod. Oh, wait, let me see, maybe I can hook this up to play the music for you. You know, I was thinking about it - advancements in technology have been a wonderful thing, and many say it's brought the world closer together, have kept people more connected. And on some levels I can totally agree with that - I mean, I read submissions from email, saving paper and ink and postage, I keep magazines on line so people around the world can read good writing, I've even had musicians from Wisconsin, Ohio and Tennessee find my readings and set music to my words. But in the same respect, I sit all day at the same desk, staring at the web sites for the domain names I run, instead of actually meeting and working with people. I mean, at one point, the people i emailed the most lived in the same city as me, and were only a local call away. in fact, one of my friends lived a block-and-a-half away from me, on the same street as me, but i still emailed her as much as i'd call her, even though i could just walk over to her house and have an actual conversation with her. And even the phone, with cell phones you can carry a phone with you wherever you go, so you'll never be lonely, but it seems to give teenagers another reason to talk endlessly on the phone... And I can't tell you how many times I've wanted to attack someone at a bar, who is there with friends, who gets a walkie-talkie-style call from someone, and they take turns screaming their heads off to get little phrases to someone who couldn't even be there with them. I mean, the iPhone just came out, combining a cell phone with an iPod, as well as email and Internet web browsing. But some bits of technology allow you to tune the world out, like the iPod here. When people see these headphones on someone, they know that you've apparently found something bigger and better than them for their lives right now... But even without technology, when I go for walks every morning, I wear the iPod, but I also wear sunglasses, even if it's overcast, so no one knows if I am studying every person I pass. With a lot of the technology we have now, we can learn about the rest of the world - or we can tune out the rest of the world and ignore any news that doesn't fit in with what we want to believe. — the poem: The Carpet Factory, The Shoes i heard a story today about a little boy one of many who was enslaved by his country in child labor in this case he was working for a carpet factory he managed to escape he told his story to the world he was a hero at ten but the people from the factory held a grudge and today i heard that the little boy was shot and killed on the street he was twelve and then people complain to me when i buy shoes that are made in china now i have to think did somebody have to die for these will somebody have to die for these — the prose: Differences in China: children & trains Children in different parts of the world... I saw in China once a little boy outside, a toddler, drop his pants at the street side at a market and just start pissing on the sidewalk. And as I saw this, I saw that all the people there weren't even bothered by this... Someone explained to me that while they're little, toddler boys in China can go to the bathroom like that outside - but if he goes number 2, the mother has to pick up his feces (you know, like they were taking care of a dog). But on the trains in China, they had a television screen in every car, with clips from what seemed like "America's Funniest Home Videos." Well, I couldn't understand a thing anyone was saying in China on this show on the train, but you couldn't help but watch, and you couldn't help but laugh. It was a great means of bringing levity when you're on a public train, like when you're on your way to work every morning on the el. — the poem: Private Lives 2005 sitting on the el train i saw a middle-eastern man sitting across from me holding a large Zip-Loc bag of some sort of food paste, i couldn't tell, it looked like some sort of curry-filled food paste and the man looked unhappy, and after a few minutes i saw him open up the Zip-Loc bag, throw up into it, then close the bag again so, he was carrying his vomit with him on the el at least he had a bag he could seal it up with — the prose: Passport To Outer Space And a lot of us have experiences around the city, and I've tried to see the world, not just this continent, but 15 European countries, Russia, China... I've searched for these stories around the world, I've gotten my passport stamped like mad... but my sister told me about Don Stump, a friend of my dad's who ran a restaurant, well, his father-in-law apparently bought and had the rights to the space in outer space (you know, like all of the space beyond out atmosphere between planets and stars and comets and asteroids and stuff...). My sister even said that his father-in-law stamped the passports of the astronauts that went into outer space, since they were crossing the areas he owned. But Don Stump was pushed away from their house once, because at least two men from the FBI were there... Apparently Don's father-in-law was minting coins, it wasn't money that was valid anywhere, but it's illegal for U.S. residents to try to make any sort of profit this way, the way they might have potentially done. Now, Don and his wife and parents have passed away, so.... I guess there's no way I can pay them for having my passport stamped for going to outer space. But when you're up high in the Earth's atmosphere, a lot of places look the same. I mean, Siberia, with snow peaks and mountain lines along the eastern coast, looks like the Rockies in America in the winter. It's only when you get closer to the ground do you see the real differences. — parts of the poem: In The Air Chicago looks grand from the sky with this huge expanse of lake next to it, like civilization crept up as far as it could but finally had to stop. The power of nature stopping the power of mankind... Daylight, and the snow on the ground in the winter time looks dirty, too many cars have splashed mud on it as they drove by. And in the winter the sky always matches the shade of grey of the snow: fitting for the city of the Blues. Maybe the snow is already that color, that perfect shade of grey, when it falls from the sky in this city. When I'm in the air, I like to look out the window. Clouds look like cotton balls when you're above them, and when you're landing cars look like little ants, on a mission, bringing food back to their hill. And the streets look like veins, capillaries in some massive, monstrous body. And the farmlands look like little squares of colors. I wonder why each plot of land is a different color, what's growing there that makes them different. Or maybe it's that some of them are turning shades of red and brown because they are dying. And it always seems on a plane that you're stuck sitting next to someone that is either too wide for their seat, or is a businessman with his newspaper stretched out and his lap top computer on his little fold out table. Once, when I was on a flight back from D. C., a flight attendant walked by, stack of magazines in her hand, Time, Newsweek, Businessweek, and I stopped her, asking what magazines she had. And she replied, "Oh, these magazines are for men." This is a true story. And I asked her again what she had. I had already read Time, so I took Newsweek. — the poem: On An Airplane With A Frequent Flyer "I was once on a flight to Hawaii and I was waiting in line for the lavatory. There was always a line for a flight this long, you know, it seemed the washrooms were always on demand on a flight this long. So I finally got into the washroom, you know, and I looked into the toilet, and someone, well, lost the battle against a very healthy digestive system and left the "spoils" in the toilet, stuck. Maybe it didn't want to go down into the sewage tank where all the other waste from this long trip went to. Can you imagine all the stuff this airplane had to carry across the ocean? Well, anyway, so I saw this stuck in the toilet, and I went to the washroom, and when I was done i flushed and it still wouldn't budge, and so I opened the door and walked out into the aisle of the plane again. And there was this long line of people waiting to use this cramped little washroom, and I just wanted to tell them all, 'you know, I didn't do that.' And then it occurred to me that everyone, when they leave the bathroom on that plane, will think the exact same thing." — and the prose: Around the World, & sweet home Chicago And you know, I talk about travel around the world, but where we come from shows who we are. I mean, once I was on the other side of the world, at the Summer Palace, and an older man came over to me, knowing little english, and said, "My daughter and I wanted to know where you were from." So... not knowing how much geography they knew, I said, "I'm from the United States, in Illinois, in Chicago." And that's when this old man from the other side of the world said, "oh... my kind of town." And I started laughing, knowing the song, and then he said, "Frank Sinatra sang that." and I laughed more, then realizing that although I try to learn about the world, but my soul still hold on to my Chicago roots, other editors even comment on my style of writing being affected by being from the MidWest, being from Chicago... being from here affects my style and my art, oftentimes as much as my family history. I talk about learning stories from around the world, but I think we can also learn from stories right here, and as we live in this big world, it helps us to not feel small, but to grow larger than life. — For more information on this writing and other writings from Janet Kuypers, go to http://www.janetkuypers.com for more information and details. Just completed, the band’s new music video is a dark and expressive piece of film-making. Heavily rooted in live-action, the impressive six-minute video includes intense moments of stop motion, visual effects, and motion graphics techniques, all brought to life within the studio’s walls. The visuals follow an artist who enters his personal sanctuary where he is presented with a hand-crafted drawing tool that assists him in materializing his mental impressions. Through drawing circular patterns, the machine discharges an endless web of yarn that guides him through his visual representations of his memories. The story progresses to reveal that he is divided between two worlds, one of dull reality and the second of warped memories. In the process of finding a way out of his consciousness, he is trapped between the two competing spaces, which eventually inflict lethal damage, acting as metaphors to self-destruction. This lyrical and moving piece was conceived by Nando Costa working closely with lead singer/guitarist Isaac Brock to polish some of the film's intricacies. Featuring a seamless combination of live-action and stop motion that alternates between stage shots of Modest Mouse and a spiraling dream-like world of ever-shifting landscapes, Whale Song is a stunning representation of the combined capabilities of Nando and Bent. The variety and execution of the VFX portions of the video – from yarn reeling into complex patterns to a guitar that plays with no musician attached – strongly evoke the confused and surreal patterns of one's warped memories. Additional creative touches such as animated and intricate photographic collages and giant CG snails sliding across the band's stage – add variety and depth to the surreal world. “This new video is the perfect showcase for the benefits of the collaboration between myself and Bent,” noted Costa. “I typically wouldn't have created a film with this much live-action or stop motion, and Bent also wouldn't normally approach a project with such a strong motion graphics influence, which is what I have long specialized in. With such well integrated in-house teams, I can’t imagine that there’s a project out there that we couldn’t pull off.” One of the challenges in Whale Song was to recreate the contours of an ever changing, disorienting and intriguing series of landscapes. Costa shot the majority of the piece with Bent’s RED One cameras, which came in handy for their 4K capabilities when adding camera movement in post. In order to create the feeling that lead singer/guitarist Isaac Brock was being split up between two competing scenarios of pure reality and his imagination, for example, Costa mounted two of the RED cameras side by side on a custom plate, each with identical lenses set at an angle to simulate a stereoscopic effect. In another instance, band members that appeared to be standing on the ground were actually hoisted aloft and secured to a fake ground plane, which meant that the stage floor was perpendicular to the ground. This situation intentionally restrained their flexibility and shifted the gravity, adding oddness to their movements. Costa used a variety of frame rates, ranging from time-lapses at 6 frames per second, to 1000 fps shots from a Phantom camera to give the feeling of variety of speed in the character's memories. Blue screen stages were used extensively to place Isaac against the varying landscapes of mountains, dense forest valleys, and deserts. Bent's CG department was also responsible for creating significant portions of the video's landscapes and scenic elements. During production, Nando and his team relied solely on a very detailed script containing technical and creative notes, live-action and animation guidelines, with specifications for composting and stop motion, which were all previously defined and polished by the director. “From what I’ve learned, producing a project at Bent is a wonderfully self-contained experience,” noted Costa. “From building intricate props to figuring out complex CG shots, Bent has specialists in all fields. I’ll walk over to the stage for live-action, then back to compositing, load the footage and work from there. It makes the whole process immeasurably easier, and creatively freeing.” “Seeing this video makes me feel good about what we’ve done here at Bent”, stated Bent EP Ray Di Carlo”. We set out to establish a creative clubhouse atmosphere where talented people like Nando could come to work. I’ve always admired directors who can hold a project’s final vision in their minds eye and are able to let the talents around them do their respective jobs for a projects whose creative whole becomes more than the sum of it’s parts, and that defines Nando. Seeing Nando come in, suddenly doing things that he wasn’t used to doing, and still delivering at a high creative and technical level, means that David, Chel and I were able to create a place where everyone learns others’ disciplines. That’s rare. It’s what we set out to do – what we originally wanted -- but when you see it work, it’s amazing.” Concept: After entering his personal sanctuary, an artist is presented with a hand-crafted drawing tool that assists him in materializing his mental impressions. The machine discharges his thoughts as an endless web of yarn that guides him through his physical thoughts. The story progresses to reveal that he is divided between two worlds, one of dull reality and the second of warped memories. In the process of finding a way out of his consciousness, he is trapped between the two competing spaces, which eventually inflict lethal damage, acting as metaphors to self-destruction. He stars in the all-action extraordinary hero RAMBO IV. Asked about threats he received while filming in Burma, he said: "Yes, got them all the time it's a very dangerous part of the world. A lot of people do disappear and you know they didn't want this film to be made. "The civil wars have been going on for 60 years and no one knows about it because they pay a fortune to keep it quiet." "This is the greatest action film, mainly because it's a real story. As we are speaking people are being destroyed. Hopefully we can bring awareness to this." RAMBO IV is said to be the bloodiest Rambo yet. Sylvester Stallone said: "War is a horrifying situation. If anyone's dropped into a war zone you come back damaged the rest of your life. The film has got a responsibility, if you're going to make a war let's show it the way it is." The Last Rambo appeared on the big screen 20 years ago, now Stallone has revived the franchise with this newly released fourth film. Vietnam veteran John Rambo is now called back into action. He is to rescue a group of hostages... Christian Aid workers have been held as hostages by local groups, Burmese militia. The first Rambo film was released in 1982 with sequels in 1985 and 1988. Stallone has joked previously: "I feel like I'm 20 again ..." , "I... just get on with making films. The stunts in Rambo were pretty hard but I still did all but one of them myself," he said. My channel on you tube : http://www.youtube.com/alanhea th is one of the most prolific from Poland, although unfortunately not the most visited. With almost one film per day, one may be forgiven for thinking I do nothing else but I do have a day job as well. I have produced around 1,000 original films, most in English but also in Polish, French, Italian, Spanish and the occasional hint of German and Hebrew.
This is because I am the publisher of Central and Eastern European Packaging -- http://www.ceepackaging.com - the international platform for the packaging industry in this region focusing on the latest innovations, trends, design, branding, legislation and environmental issues with in-depth profiles of major industry achievers.
However the fact that there are so many travel related films here is not from holidays but from business trips attending trade fairs around the region.
(Less)

PLease excuse the off tempo start (wasn't sure of the karaoke track again :P which is why I prefer accompanying myself on the piano and singing) I hope you guys enjoy... and remember to SUBSCRIBE to me if you like what you hear. Lots of love Andrea I'm wishing on a star To follow where you are I'm wishing on a dream To follow what it means I'm wishing on a star To follow where you are I'm wishing on a dream To follow what it means And I wish on all the rainbows that I see I wish on all the people who really dream And I'm wishing on tomorrow, praying it'll comes And I'm wishing on all the lovin' we've ever done I never thought I'd see A time when you would be So far away from home So far away from me Just think of all the moments that we'd spent I just can't let you go, for me you were meant And I didn't mean to hurt you, but I know That in the game of love you reap what you sow I feel it's time we should make up, baby I feel it's time for us to get back together And make the best of things, oh, baby When we're together, whether or never I feel it's time we should make up, baby I feel it's time for us to get back together And make the best of things, oh, baby When we're together, whether or never I'm wishing on a star To follow where you are I'm wishing on a dream To follow what it means And I wish on all the rainbows that I see I wish on all the people we've ever been And I'm hopin' on all the days to come and days to go And I'm hopin' on days of lovin' you so I'm wishing on a star To follow where you are I'm wishing on a star Oh...oh...oh... And I wish on all the rainbows that I see I'm wishing on a star To follow where you are I'm wishing on a star And I wish on all the rainbows that I see I'm wishing on a star To follow where you are I'm wishing on a star Oh...oh...ah...ah... I'm wishing on a star, oh...oh... To follow where you are I'm wishing on a star, baby To follow wherever you might be Wishing in a star, oh...oh... To follow where you are, oh...oh...ah...ah (Less)

I have only known them for a little while, but they hav been so kind to me, and they have said some very nice things bout my family, my difficult past, and my present experiences. They even dedicated one of their videos to me! :) So thank you so much guys! You are real friends; wherever you are I feel love! And I will try harder, do my best, and get through this. :)
This video is also very special to me as it's my 13th video; the number 13 is my favorite number! :)
The colors I used in the intro and the end are very important in that they symbolize myself and my future kids:
Blue: Mayuka, my future adopted daughter
Yellow: Sasha, my future biological daughter
Red: Roger, my future biological son
Purple: myself, it's my favorite color. :)
This isn't the original song by Laava, but a remix with less lyrics from their single that I heard today, and I love it because of the contrast from hardcore tones to lighter tones as well as the message, and since it's over 5 min, I only used one pic as I have before. Itunes did say what the remix was called, otherwise I'd put it down, if anyone can tell me the name of the remix, I'd appeasheate it.
This is a love song as in a girl to a guy love song, but I find the lyrics used in it are mostly appropheate for this occasion.
The pic is from Air, which is an anime series that is very sad but very good, here is some other Air tv AMVs that are excellent, and explain the story a bit. A word of warning, they are sad, so bring a tissue.

I think you like it a lot
I think you like what you see
I know you like what you got, babe
'Cause what you've got is me
I want to step into the water
And I get totally wet
I'm a romeo's daughter
I'm in it up to my neck
This heart, these hands
Are made to understand
This girl and that man
If we don't make it no one can
Oh baby
Oh I cry myself to sleep at night
I'm so in love
'Cause I cry myself to sleep at night
I'm all shook up
'Cause I cry myself to sleep at night
This woman is in love
I think you like a little solo
A little one on one
A little old fashioned feel good
Make me emotionally numb
This heart, these hands
Are made to understand
This girl and that man
If we don't make it no one can
Oh baby
I cry myself to sleep at night
I'm so in love
I cry myself to sleep at night
I'm all shook up
'Cause I cry myself to sleep at night
This woman is in love
This heart, these hands
Are made to understand
This girl and that man
If we don't make it no one can
Oh baby
I cry myself to sleep at night
I'm so in love
I cry myself to sleep at night
I'm all shook up
I cry myself to sleep at night
'Cause I cry myself to sleep at night
I'm so in love
I cry myself to sleep at night
I'm all shook up
And I cry myself to sleep at night
I'm so in love
I cry myself to sleep at night...

Romeo's Daughter was a British AOR mainstream rock band with Leigh Matty, Craig Joiner, Anthony Mitman.
The manager of the band was Olga Lange, then the wife of Robert John "Mutt" Lange. Mutt Lange was impressed by their songwriting abilities and agreed to produce (part of) their debut album. Hence, Romeo's Daughter was often seen as proteges of Mutt Lange.
The first album contained the singles "Don't Break My Heart", "I Cry Myself to Sleep at Night", covered by Bonnie Tyler and "Heaven In The Back Seat", the latter from the "Nightmare on Elm Street Part V" soundtrack. The album was produced by Mutt Lange and John Parr. "Wild Child" (written by Mutt Lange) was later covered by Heart on the Brigade album, and "Heaven In The Back Seat" was covered by Eddie Money on his 1991 album Right Here, a track that was also produced by Robert Lange once again.
The second album, "Delectable" was a more mature affair, although it was released on the smaller Music For Nations label so got less exposure. Mitman went on to work with FM and other bands while the band quietly broke up in the mid 1990s.
On February 25, 2008, Romeo's Daughter's first studio album was reissued by Rock Candy Records on CD with bonus material, a 16-page full colour booklet with original and new artwork, etc.
Members:
Leigh Matty - Lead vocals and background vocals
Craig Joiner - Guitars and background vocals
Anthony Mitman - Keyboards and background vocals
On the second album they were joined by:
Ed Poole - bass
Andy Wells - drums and background vocals (Less)
