Hasta donde va la Corte hoy en la discusión del caso, no hay responsables con nombre y apellido que merezcan castigo -indica Virgilio Caballero a Ricardo Rocha-, a lo más se dará cumplimiento, a un acuerdo de la propia Corte de noviembre de 2007, cuando después de año y medio de cometidos esos crímenes, decidió imponerse por anticipado, los límites de su propia potestad. En ese tiempo, la Suprema Corte acordó que no habría -en las investigaciones que en esa fecha ordenaba iniciar-, posibilidad alguna de acusar a nadie, ni de vincularlo a ninguna pena o castigo judicial. Por eso digo que pudieron haberse ahorrado la erudita y sacra discusión de estos días, el fallo estaba dictado ya desde el acuerdo de noviembre de 2007. No son culpables Peña Nieto, Medina Mora, ni ninguno de los altos mandos policíacos que decidieron las brutales acciones de las diversas policías; las violaciones, las humillaciones, la falta de investigación de los hechos con que se acalló las quejas de las víctimas, todo estaba ya decidido, no hay responsables, no han culpables, apuntó el analista en Grupo Fórmula. El 4 de mayo de 2006 la población de Atenco fue víctima de una sanguinaria represión cometida por fuerzas policíacas municipales, estatales y federales, relata Virgilio Caballero. Destaca asimismo que el 3 de mayo hubo un enfrentamiento entre vendedores de flores de Atenco con la Policía de Texcoco, que peleaba su derecho a vender flores en el mercado local, se trató una larga jornada de bloqueo de carreteras, golpizas y la muerte de un adolescente. El conflicto desató que iracundos, los ciudadanos atenquenses secuestraran policías. La imposición policíaca se inició la madrugada del 4 de mayo, cuando las corporaciones atacaron a la población de Atenco, invadiendo y cateando casas sin orden judicial, golpeando, pateando, aprehendiendo a toda persona al paso de la policía, humillando, violentando la integridad física y dignidad de todos los sospechosos atenquenses de ser subversivos, explica el analista. La detención y traslado de más de 240 personas a distintas cárceles del país fue un infierno relatado por la victimas, además 16 mujeres fueron violadas, entre ellas una española, dice Virgilio Caballero, Todo es bien conocido. Sin embargo, la SCJN, había acordado ya autocensurarse y que la investigación no llevaría al dictamen de responsabilidades, expresó Virgilio Caballero. ¿Es uso legal de la fuerza, entrar a un pueblo de esa forma bárbara e infamante como si se tratará de un pueblo enemigo en estado de guerra?, los ministros decidieron que sí. El 4 de mayo en Atenco se ejerció el uso legal de la fuerza pública. El artículo 97 de la Constitución, que da a la Corte la facultad de investigar graves faltas o crímenes de Estado, es letra muerta desde que se decidió reformándolo-, que la Corte investigara, pero no adjudicara responsabilidades, declaró el analista. (This is the fandub that inspired Cristina Vee's recording of the song) I remember this thing took forever to put together, but it was worth it in the end. Ruka's voice has a really soft tone that works well with the song, and I know for a fact that she really put her all into this recording. Keep in mind that we weren't able to get any back up vocals so some parts may sound different from what people are used to. As for the video, the title card says Fumoffu, but most of the clips are actually from Full Metal Panic: The Second Raid since those are the DVDs I had on hand.
