DVD-Video Course V10: Understanding Voice over IP 3
SIP · IP Call Flow · Carrier Interconnect
Understanding VoIP is a series of high-quality video courses
designed for those needing to get up to speed on and understand
Voice over IP technologies, buzzwords, jargon and mainstream
solutions, and importantly, the ideas and fundamental
concepts underlying VoIP, independent of any particular vendor's
viewpoint... knowledge you can't get reading trade magazines or
talking to salespeople.
Featuring detailed graphics, bullets, extensive text notes
and our engaging and often humorous instructor Eric Coll, M.Eng., P.Eng.,
these training courses will give you the solid foundation you need to
intelligently discuss, compare, evaluate and understand VoIP
technologies, products and implementations.
In this course, we'll cover SIP and how connections are made.
You'll understand the SIP trapezoid, how it works, demystify
jargon like proxy server and location server, understand how
SIP fits in with softswitches and call managers, and trace
the establishment of an IP phone call step by step.
In the second part, we'll cover connecting to carriers using
traditional DS0 PBX trunks and PRIs, how Megaco fits in to the
story, plus IP interconnect, co-existence with legacy systems,
integrated messaging and more.
This course provides you with a solid working knowledge of SIP
and IP call flow, as well as the options for connecting VoIP
systems to the PSTN, LECs and IXCs.

Therefore, this is the most (More) Our Intense Collagen Lift is designed to work on your skin's collagen in three different ways in order to produce maximum stimulation of your collagen-producing cells. Therefore, this is the most effective, non-invasive wrinkle removal treatment available. Additionally, since we are working with your skins natural physiology, this protocol is completely holistic in nature. These unique collagen treatments incorporate three different procedures with three specialized laser modalities that work together to give you the lift you're looking for... naturally!
Deep collagen remodeling and dermal regeneration:
In this phase we will target old deteriorated collagen deep in the dermis (the cause of deep wrinkles, sagging and enlarged pores) in order to accelerate its removal by your body's own natural processes. We will also target fibroblast cells throughout your dermis, stimulating them to produce amplified quantities of new young collagen... the kind that you had when you were a teenager...healthy, firm and toned. Simply put, this wrinkle removal occurs from the "inside out." Wrinkles will actually lighten, lift and disappear, and your pores will shrink. Since the affect on your fibroblasts is cumulative, with each wrinkle treatment the production of collagen increases and lasts for longer and longer periods of time. Week by week, for nearly a year after the Intense Collagen Lift series, you will look progressively better as your skin becomes younger and smoother.
Spectral, Infrared Treatments: Tightening & lifting excessive laxity:
The second phase of the collagen treatments utilizes a safe infrared light to heat the dermis well below the skin's surface. This light-based platform provides a more uniform distribution of energy for heating the deep dermis than other energy sources (such as Radio Frequency). During this phase, we focus on areas that have excessive laxity (sagging), such as the jaw line, under the chin, and the "marionette lines" at the corners of the mouth. The intense collagen treatments will tighten and lift the skin back into its natural more youthful profile for a dramatic, beautiful non-surgical facelift. The results of these procedures can be dramatic even after your first treatment, and successive collagen treatments will typically result in tremendous improvement towards the transformed youthful profile you are seeking.
Sub-Cellular LED Photo-Modulation:
During the third and final phase of the collagen treatments we utilize an amber LED light-energy device which reduces the signs of aging by drenching the all the cells in your skin with specially modulated frequencies that stimulate rapid healing, reverse cell damage and dramatically accelerate the production of collagen. Because this is a gentle and safe wrinkle treatment that does not require eye protection, we are able to focus more on the fine lines and wrinkles around the eyes (typically a problem area for most people). Although the mechanism of action is very subtle and occurs on the sub-cellular level (within mitochondria), the results have been scientifically proven to be dramatic. Overall levels of cellular ATP (the fuel of your cells) are sharply increased which dramatically increases the cell's energy or vitality thus adding an essential component to your skincare maintenance.

TRANSCRIPT:
Good evening, (More) DISCLAIMER: I am not, nor ever have been, an employee of the federal government. All claims made about myself and my experiences in this video, are entirely fictitious.
TRANSCRIPT:
Good evening, friends. It's evening for me; I'm not sure what time of the day it is for you when you watch this video.
I received a private message, this time asking why, if the guards would be authorized to shoot the President, why I am unsure whether or not I would be killed if the powers that be within the base discovered what I'm doing. That is because what I am doing here is actually considered a medium-level security threat. And the protocol for a medium security threat is far less severe than a high security threat, which would be full exposure of the projects that are afoot in Area 51--and that would likely be the case if the President of the United States discovered what was actually going on there. Me, although they certainly wouldn't approve of what I am doing, I would just be considered, more or less, a nuisance, because most people out there, I'm sure, just think I'm a nut-job, or trying to get attention, or playing a practical joke, which is NOT the case. But, that's the way they [Area 51 elite] see it--and they're right. But I'm trying to get to as many people as possible, and this--I may be tilting at windmills here, but if I reach just one person, if just one person believes me, I feel I've done my job. And the main reason I am doing this, though, is to clear my conscience. I can't continue to work there, knowing what goes on, without in some way blowing the whistle on the insidious activities that the Area 51 elite are responsible for. And I feel that YouTube is the preeminent public forum to garner maximum expsoure.
Now, I want to tell you a story about one of my first experiences at Nellis Air Force Base. I had been a base guard there for a couple of months, and had yet to see anything particular interesting or out of the ordinary. I worked during the day, and most of the secret aircraft were flown at night. One day this kind of buddy of mine--who is no longer an employee of Area 51, and of course his name must remain undisclosed--well, he had a higher security level than I, and he asked if I wanted to see something interesting. Me, being the wide-eyed, naive young man that I was, jumped at the chance to break the tedium. So, he takes me to this building that was known as "Building Z"--and I had never set foot near it. And, if you look at the video screen now, I can point it out for you. Building Z is the object that you see circled on the extreme left side of the picture. So, he takes me in there, and it's a really mundane, unprovocative building. It's like a small hangar--not many objects at all, it's really hollowed out. And he leads me to an equally mundane elevator. And he slides his security card through, and leads me in there, and I can feel the elevator moving down. And then, a few seconds later, the doors open to reveal what must be, at least--it's a wide open, high corridor that's at least a mile long. It's really cavernous and brightly lit, and it's really nothing like what you in films like Independence Day. It's awesome, in the true sense of the word. And down the corridor, I could see large hangar-like doors and other passages that must make up a complex, web-like infrastructure beneath the base. The first thing that really captured my attention, though, was this map adjacent to elevator, that detailed the layout of this sub-level. I pinpointed my location on the map, and discovered that the long, mile-long corridor I was standing in barely represented one grid on the map. And, by my estimation, the map was comprised of no less than 50 x/y-axis grids. So that should put into perspective how massive this underground level is. And above the map, it said, "Sub Level 1 of 4." So there were at least three other levels to this underground complex. And only God knows--and those who work in those three sub-levels--just how large it's... I tell you. But that's why Area 51 continues to exponentially expand its territory in Groom Lake, even though the activitiy on the ground seems to decrease every year. But, anyway, I'm standing there with my jaw hanging down to my feet, and my buddy asks me if I want to see something amazing. I'm like, "I've already seen something amazing!" It's at least a segment's worth, so I'm kind of running out of time, so I think I should save that for my next installment.
Until then, Godspeed. (Less)

How tos of Eid Day The first day of the Islamic lunar month Shawwaal is the Eid ul-Fitr day marking a day of celebaration and thanks for Allah, our Creator and Cherishor. Ramadan ends here. Most Muslim celebarate Eid for at least 3 days. Here is what the Prophet use to do on the day of Eid (Sunnah), May Allah's peace and blessings be upon him: 1. To rise early in the morning. 2. Take a full bath. 3. Clean the teeth. 4. Wear the best cloths that he had. 5. Wear perfume. 6. To eat something sweet like dates before leaving home. 7. Go to the Eid prayer location very early. (The Prophet use to offer Eid prayer in the central location, that is not to offer it in a mosque of a locality without any legitimate excuse). 8. The Prophet used to go to the Eid Prayer location by one route and will return through another route. 9. He used to go for Eid on foot. 10. He used to chant slowly on the way to the Eid prayer location the following words: "Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, Laa ilaaha illallahu Wallahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, Wa lillahil Hamd." (Translation: Allah is the greatest, He is the greatest. There is no god except Allah. He is the greatest. All praises and thanks are for Him) 11. The Prophet used to give Sadqa-e-Fitr (zakatul fitr) for before the Eid day. But if you have not done so please give now before the Eid. (Giving just before Eid is ok but against the spirit and the purpose of it.(this year in America it is $10 per person.) Since religion is so much a part of daily life in most Muslim families, you can expect certain differences, some mundane, some extraordinary. For example, neither alcohol nor pork is consumed, and prayers are said five times a day, children are devoutly respectful of elders and teachers and looking people in the eyes might be considered rude. We look forward to seeing you at the Eid celebrations. A personal invitation letter has been sent under separate cover letter. Here are some tips and suggestions to feel at home with 600 muslim people : 1- Meeting & Greeting . Greetings / Hugs / Hand-shakes usually take place between members of the same sex. . The hand shake is common although they may feel rather limp to an American, no squeeze, just gentle holding. . Women will only really be met within business contexts and even so, it is best to wait to see if a hand is extended before doing so. . The traditional greeting for Muslims is "Asalamu alaikum" (Peace be unto you) to which the response is "wa alaikum salam" (and on you be peace). . In general, age dictates how people are addressed. . If people are of the same age, they use first names. . If the person being addressed is older than the speaker, the person is called by their first name and a suffix that denotes either "Sir / Madam / Uncle / Auntie " or the family relationship. 2- Dining Etiquette . If meeting with people for lunch / dinner here are some basic rules on etiquette and protocol: . If invited to a meal it is rude to flatly turn the invitation down. One should always use less direct language to suggest that it may be difficult such as "I will try." or "I will have to see" or " I have promised someone else and have other obligations ". . Meals both inside the house and outside will usually be same sex. . Many people eat with their hands and it may be that you share food from a large, common dish. . It would not be seen as impolite if you asked for utensils. . Ensure you wash your hands before eating. . Guests are generally served first then the oldest, continuing in order of seniority. . Do not start eating until the oldest person at the table begins. . You will constantly be urged to take more food. Simply saying "I'm full" will be taken as a polite gesture and not accepted at face value. It is therefore always best to slowly pace yourself to allow for more servings. . The left hand is considered unclean so only eat, pass dishes or drink with the right hand. Never say no directly; it causes shame. Find other ways to express disagreement diplomatically. Age is important in Muslim culture. Defer to the oldest person for resolution of a difficult conversation. Hospitality is a means of demonstrating generosity, wealth, and power. As a result, Muslims hospitality sometimes appear extravagant to Americans. Accept the inevitable, and enjoy the prodigious feast to which you will be hosted. Dining is taken seriously by most muslims as an expression of generosity. In some countries, this generosity can reach stupefying levels; it can be virtually impossible to pick up a check and virtually impossible not to overeat or overdrink with families. But it's rude to refuse lunch / dinner invitations or any of the sumptuous items proffered to you at a meal. (Less)

Titled Formalities and Casualties, the performance is a joint effort by internationally exhibited artists and collaborators, Larry Caveney and Tim McGraw, which will result in an exhibition of the finalist's work at the gallery through December 5, 2007. In lieu of an opening reception, which the gallery would typically hold during Ray at Night - San Diego's largest art walk, drawing over 1,500 visitors - Four Walls will be closed that evening so panelists can review "bodies" of artists' work inside the window-front gallery space. Although the activity unfolding within will be completely visible to passersby from the sidewalk and street, the sense of transparency will be elongated through a relay of strategically placed rear-view mirrors, similar to those used in passenger vehicles, or handed to clients in beauty shops. Deploying the format of artist portfolio review to critique and recuperate art world practices of image validation and representation, Formalities and Casualties highlights the staginess of protocol, questions the standards of expertise, and combines scripted performance with random variables such as personal chemistry and happenstance. The resulting exhibition awarded to the finalist will interweave transitory elements of artifice and artifact which bolster multiple readings of art persona. Larry Caveney is the Academic Director of Foundation Studies at the Art Institute of California - San Diego, where he is also an art instructor. Caveney earned an MFA from Vermont College, understudied with renowned performance artists Steve Kurtz and Sharon Hayes, and has exhibited locally and internationally for many years. Caveney's collaborative approach and unassuming sense of humor often lends itself to reversals in dynamics or removal of distinctions between an audience and a work of art as seen in his video, "Art Opening Intervention," of 2007, which may be viewed at http://video.saatchigallery.com/artist/profile/29296/Larry+Caveney/LarryCaveney.html. Tim McGraw earned a BFA from the California Institute of the Arts and an MFA from Union Institute and University, which merged with Vermont College during the period when he and Caveney began working together. McGraw's practice incorporates social dynamics and game theory into meticulously engineered site-specific immersive narratives that take place in streets, homes, and the lives of a select few participants. These customized experiences examine variances of power between the private realm and public space, explore collaboration and isolation, and suggest new kinds of exchanges within an individual's everyday existence. Reinventing Ray Street with each and every show, Four Walls presents thoughtfully conceived exhibitions of local and international artists, which have increasingly garnered the positive attention of the San Diego Union-Tribune, Art Week, San Diego City Beat, El Latino, and other publications. Gallery Hours: The gallery is free and open to the public Thursdays and Fridays, 11: 00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., and is also open by appointment. Sub-Cellular LED Photo-Modulation: During the third and final phase of the collagen treatments we utilize an amber LED light-energy device which reduces the signs of aging by drenching the all the cells in your skin with specially modulated frequencies that stimulate rapid healing, reverse cell damage and dramatically accelerate the production of collagen. Four Walls Presents an Evening of Portfolio Review as Performance Art, with the Aftermath as Exhibition
Formalities and Casualties
November 10 - December 5, 2007
Performance: Saturday, November 10, 2007, 6:00 p.m.--10:00 p.m.
(Free and open to the public)
SAN DIEGO - On November 10, Four Walls will stage a highly innovative performance art piece that turns the public into voyeurs of an artist portfolio review process taking place inside the gallery.

How tos of Eid Day
The first day of the Islamic lunar month Shawwaal is the Eid ul-Fitr day marking a day of celebaration and thanks for Allah, our Creator and Cherishor. Ramadan ends here. Most Muslim celebarate Eid for at least 3 days.
Here is what the Prophet use to do on the day of Eid (Sunnah), May Allah's peace and blessings be upon him:
All praises and thanks are for Him)
11. The Prophet used to give Sadqa-e-Fitr (zakatul fitr) for before the Eid day. But if you have not done so please give now before the Eid. (Giving just before Eid is ok but against the spirit and the purpose of it.(this year in America it is $10 per person.)
Since religion is so much a part of daily life in most Muslim families, you can expect certain differences, some mundane, some extraordinary.
Here are some tips and suggestions to feel at home with 600 muslim people :
1- Meeting & Greeting
2- Dining Etiquette
. If meeting with people for lunch / dinner here are some basic rules on etiquette and protocol:
(Less)

As a result of some unusual events in his life: a near-death experience, a UFO sighting, and numerous spontaneous out-of-body episodes, he became aware of his intuitive abilities and developed the skill of remote viewing. He later became one of the original Intelligence Officers recruited for the top-secret Army program now known as STARGATE. Following his retirement from the Army, he maintained his association with the STARGATE program through his own company, Intuitive Intelligence Applications, working as a remote viewing consultant to the Cognitive Sciences Laboratories at SRI-International and Science Applications International Corporation until the programs closure in November of 1995.
Joseph discussed his history with remote viewing as well as some of the targets he's worked on. He stressed the importance of the protocol-- the remote viewer and anyone in the room must be totally blind to the target during data collection. There are three stages in remote viewing, he detailed: calming the mind (such as through meditation), opening to the target, and transferring the info into a useable product.
McMoneagle described some of the remote viewing work he's done for Japanese TV shows: A Japanese camera team arrives in his home in Virginia, delivering targets-- the names of missing persons in sealed envelopes. In these instances, he reported having an 88% accuracy rating, with the information he provided leading to the location of 13 out of 26 missing targets he was given.
In relation to terrorism, he said that "radiological material" has been moved into the US across the southern border, but those in possession of it currently have no means for weaponizing it. He also discussed his remote viewing of aliens whom he saw in a ship that was a combination of biomaterial and metal. They were difficult to comprehend, yet share some genetic similarities with humans, he noted. Additionally, McMoneagle reported viewing ruins on Mars, such as an area where something like a grove of trees once stood.
