She thought (More) "Here we are," said Becca, unlocking the door to her apartment. "This is awesome!" exclaimed Tom looking around her den. "Thanks! Kinsey helped me design it. She thought everything should be black, but once I talked her out of it she actually had some pretty good ideas," babbled Becca, clearly nervous about having Tom Fletcher in her house. "Ummm, there's the couch, make yourself at home while I go get changed." "Kay," said Tom already flipping through the channels. Becca walked into her bedroom and immediately called Kinsey, who was one floor below her. "Hey Becca." "OMG! Tom Fletcher is in my house! What do I do?" "Tom is in your house?! Why? You didn't invite him did you? Oh, my gosh! You did! Becca why did you invite him to come to your place?" Kinsey yelled into the phone. "I don't know! I don't know! I just didn't want him to go home and at the time it seemed like a good idea. What do I do?" "Act normal. Watch a movie. Don't do anything you're not ready to do. Understand?" Kinsey said in a businesslike manner. "Yes. Thank you so much! I have to go. I told Tom I was changing and as far as I know it doesn't take any normal person this long to change." "Kay. Love ya." "Love ya." Click. Becca hung up and started unzipping her dress while looking around for her pajamas when Tom walked in. "Becca are you oka- Woah! I'm so sorry! I'll leave now. Bye," blushed Tom. "Tom! Wait!" yelled Becca zipping her dress back up and running after Tom. "Don't go. Please." "I probably should. We have this thing tomorrow morning with Fletch that I can't be late for," said Tom, avoiding eye contact with Becca. "Please. I really don't care. I mean all you saw was like my bra strap," said Becca, who was trying to make eye contact. "I know, but still. Are you sure you don't care if I stay?" asked Tom hopefully. "Of course not. Excuse me while I go change," said Becca flirtatiously as she walked back to her room. This time she quickly unzipped her dress and changed into her favorite pajamas. They were long black flannel bottoms that had red peace signs and a red tank top with a black piece sign. Becca looked into her mirror to make sure her messy, curly hair was still in its pony tail. She walked out to find Tom lying on the couch covered up with a blanket. He hadn't heard Becca walk out of her room so she decided to scare him. She quietly tiptoed over to the couch and jumped on Tom. "AGH!" yelled Tom. "Haha. You looked hilarious! You should have seen your face!" "Oh yes, very funny, but not nearly as funny as this!" said Tom, who started tickling Becca. It turned into a total tickle fight for about 5 minutes, but then they both ran out of breath from laughing and collapsed on each other still giggling. "Wow! I didn?t know you were that ticklish," said Tom between breaths. "Neither did I," giggled Becca, catching her breath. "So what movie are we going to watch?" asked Tom after he had caught his breath. "Ummm, how about The Notebook?" "The Notebook?"questioned Tom, sounding disgusted. "What" What is wrong with The Notebook?" "Well, isn't it a chick flick?" "Yes it is. But it is one of the most amazing chick flicks in the entire world. How about I make a deal with you. I get to pick the movie this time and you can pick the movie next time," suggested Becca. "Sure! Sounds like a deal, pickle!" "Okay! Lemme go get the DVD, and then we can make popcorn, and then we can watch the movie!" said Becca, walking out of the room to get the movie. Ten minutes later they were sitting on the couch, sharing a bowl of popcorn, and Becca's head was resting on Tom's shoulder. Since it was about 11 o'clock and Becca hadn't gone to sleep until about four that morning, she was dead tired. She stretched out and laid her head on Tom's chest and grabbed his hand. It was only an hour into the movie and she was already asleep. Tom gently reached behind him to grab a blanket and cover them both up. He adjusted himself to a more comfortable position and laid his head back on the arm of the couch. "Goodnight Becca," said Tom, leaning forward to gently kiss Becca on the cheek. "Goodnight Tom," Becca mumbled in her sleep, turning her head so Tom kissed her on the lips. i am so sorry it took so long!!! i have been really really busy!!!! enjoy, comment, ratem and subscribe (Less)
