Look it up on Wikipedia to find out more. =================================== I know I got Saki's surname wrong in the video. It was too late when I remembered it was actually "Tsuzura". XD Before I start this, I wanted to mention the character I'm playing as, Saki Tsuzura by Drowin. I put her on my team because she was easy to get into, and I just feel right when playing as her, especially since I know how to activate her custom Melty Blood mode (Press B+C during battle or intro pose. A special thanks to Darkflares for that.). ^_^ For those who don't know, she originates from a game called Arcana Heart (Look it up on Wikipedia.) As I said before, this is my first MUGEN video. After seeing what Haruhi did to Peter Griffin in GigaBowserX's video, for some twisted reason that I cannot figure out, I wanted to fight her myself. I'm talking about the January 13th update of Haruhi Suzumiya by Choiyer. She is still as well made a character as ever. Her moveset is solid, and her aerial raves still hurt like hell. Speaking of moveset, her update come with a slew of new ones, including a grappling move that's --- well --- not safe for the workplace. If you want to see it THAT bad, then look up the latest video from GigaBowserX, titled "oh god". Watch at your own risk. XD Though Haruhi as a character is still good as ever, on top of being far more perverted than ever, her AI might also be more predictable. If you're doing a standing guard, she'll usually do a sliding kick, either by itself or following another move. You can see this coming a mile away, and she leaves herself wide open for low attacks if you block it, which Saki was perfect for. The H grappling move I mentioned, at times she may abuse it if you're too close to her. No offense to the Haruhists of MUGEN, and to be honest, I like the older version of Haruhi better, but this version is too predictable, plus I'm not into --- that stuff; the author seemed to have taken some creative liberties there. I just personally thought the older October version was more challenging than this. I'm sorry, Choiyer. -GYRAX PS - I forgot to put it in the video credits, but the screenpack is EVE Battle by DJ-VAN for those who don't know, and there are people who don't know. (More) Setsuna Sakurizaki isn't the only character who can enter a cheese mode out of the characters Drowin has but don't worry. I'll be taking her on soon with Haruhi Suzumiya someday. Anyways, not sure if many know this by now but the majority of Drowin's characters, usually with original or gameripped sprites, have a crapload of stolen coding so don't ask me for this character I will be fighting in this video. Haruhi will be facing a Melty Blood character named Kishima Kouma, the Crimson Master with thick, demon blood within him. He apparantly seems to start out like a decent, normal character with decent AI (yet a bit sloppy at times as it will deactivate shortly or lag) who switches defensive and offensive approaches possessing a numerous amount of grapples and powerful, damaging combos which he chains grabs into (in fact he is pretty much the grappler of Melty Blood, along with Satsuki) but once he reaches the second round you are in for a surprise. This character in the hands of the AI is in fact.... Cheap. Once you get his health low when he loses a round he will then hunch forward with his hands on the ground as he forms a ring of fire, being invincible during this whole special phase. He heals non-stop until he has his health full and his ring of fire knocks you back and does damage. I have a suspision this was coding stolen off directly off of Shikkoku's Ayu Tsukimiya (yes, the very same one I play) as you can note that she and Kishima shares the same exact method of entering their cheese modes. Once he fully heals Kishima will stop this process and gain an odd type of Hyper Armor but can still be grabbed or knocked off his feet by a tripping based attack. This is his special form of Blood Heat Mode and he gains Final Arcs, one that you will see in this video that does massive damage and another (not seen in this video) that he grabs you and does continuous explosions on you while he has you in his grip, doing a ridiculous 900 to 1200 damage to normal characters. Both, being grapples, are unblockable. Luckily it appears his AI really lags a lot in this mode and he becomes a block whore, making it easier to cope with him. I had to keep my distance and spam projectiles while he is in this mode. (Less)
