Script: A lonely girl has a dream one night, and vampires are in it. They tell the girl a secret in her ear, and she wakes up. Before, she was a normal girl. Now she's an alternative girl ( Emo, goth, whatever ) who never speaks. One night she gets in her car and drives to a churchyard. She mourns a grave - a grave of a vampire, and leaves. The next day everyone thinks the girl is dead, as they find her body in a lake. Next to the lake is a suicide note. It reads, 'I can not go on. It's killing me. Mum, I love you. If only I could say the same for Dad ... If only I could .. be the undead ..' Her mother is crying, and nearby the lonely girl watches from up high on a building's balcony. And she speaks .. "Oh mother .. if only you understood .. the vampires .. daddy .. Daddy is the killer. The kilelr of our memories .. he got rid of yours, and mine .. but now I finally remember .. the vampires, they told me .. told me who i was. What i was .. so i couldn't pretend to be human .. not anymore. I must be myself. So I faked my death. That 'body' is fake. I'm alive .. I'm .. a Hero." She walks inside the building, and suddenly her mother stops crying. She remembers, aswell. She knows what her daughter is, and that she is not dead. She walks away from the scene. ---------- As you can see, a bit of the script was changed in the movie as some parts i couldn't do. Getting the dead body to lay down was hard work, so i just made her watch the stars in the end xD and boolprop killed my game .. nearly. Make sure you LISTEN TO THE ENDING!! =] hehe, luv you all very much, xx luv charlotte xx (Less)

L.A. Vertel me, wat zij dacht? HET "EIND" "Let's just say I was testing the bounds of reality. I was curious to see what would happen. That's all it was: just curiosity." -- Jim Morrison, Los Angeles, 1969 Eleven months after the marriage of Steve and Clara Morrison, Jim was born. His father was a conservative no nonsense Naval officer, while his mother was more of a free spirit, the daughter of a maverick lawyer from Wisconsin. Jim like most from that era, was the product of a wartime baby boom that occurred in the late forties. After World War II, the family moved to Melbourne, Florida where Steve was stationed. Unfortunately for Jim and his mother, his father was forced to leave, in order to go back to the Pacific to fly Hellcats from an aircraft carrier. For the next three years Jim and his mother would have to live with her husband's family in Clearway, Florida. Like his father, Jim had a very strict upbringing governed by Victorian cliches. In Jim's grandparents house, he was seen but rarely heard. Being older people they were very impatient with the boy. Things were not great for Clara either. Steve's parents were very religious people who did not drink, smoke nor tolerated any outlandish behavior. She was a young woman who longed for the Independence's that a home of her own could provide. Having little freedom in their house she longed for her husband's return. But for the sake of her marriage and her son Jim, she maintained the impassible and sometimes stuffy household that her in-laws provided. In 1946, she was relieved to see the Ward's end and to be rejoined with her husband once more. Despite the end of the war, military obligations would continue to keep Steve away from his family for long periods of time. Eventually the family left Florida and moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico where Steve became an instructor in one of the Milty's atomic weapons programs. Once while the seven year old Jim was traveling with his parents on a highway just outside of Albacore, they came upon a flipped truck that had been carrying Pueblo Indians. They had been ejected from the vehicle and were laying all over the road injured and dying. This incident affected Jim 's memory for many years. Frequently he would refer to the incident, claiming that one of the Indian's souls had entered his body at the time of their death. When Jim became a teenager his family moved again, this time to Alameda, California. Alameda is located near San Francisco and noted for it's naval air station. The lifestyle was aloft different than the one he was used to in New Mexico. Jim had to make the transition from the rural ways of Albacore to the new social nuances of Northern California. It was no longer cool to ride a bike to school, so Jim hoofed it a mile and a half each day. Clean Levis were out, so Jim had to inform his mother not to wash his jeans every week. To gain attention from fellow classmates he would do anything stupid just to be noticed. On one occasion, he tied a string around his ear and put the other end in his mouth. When asked what was he doing, his reply was that there was a tiny bucket in his throat and he was collecting saliva for medical tests. One of Jim's favorite pastimes was reading. He loved MAD magazine, but fell in love with Jack Kerouac's "On the Road." There he learned of a new term that would accompany a new lifestyle: Beatnik. Fortunately for Jim, the headquarters for all Banks was just a mere forty minutes away in North Beach. Jim and his friends would frequently visit North Beach, checking out all the shops and odd bookstores. He especially loved the bookstores that carried censored books. There he once met a local "famous" poet at one of these bookstores. The poet said hi and Jim ran. Although Jim was slowly becoming a rebel and perhaps a "beatnik" he always achieved excellent grades. Without much effort he was able to maintain a 88.32 average and twice made the honor roll. His IQ was 149 and scored well on the SAT with a 528 in math and 630 in the verbal. His first real introduction to music was when as a teenager he would visit the sleazy bars on Route 1, near Fort Belief, to listen to the black blues singers. His second was during college when he met his future keyboardist, Ray's Miniseries. Jim was attracted to Ray's music and had frequently heard his band play. Rick and the Ravens, Ray's band, sometimes played the Turkey Joint West in Santa Monica a bar located in the nearby beach community. During his college years, Jim also pursued another art form: he made little strange sketches of macabre figures that dealt with violence, pedophilia, sexually, etc. All this led up to an even stranger film career. Soon he would put all that behind him to start a band with some college friends. A very "revealing" look at Jim Morrison The music business began innocently when while at Florida State University along with his friend, Sam Klan, Jim suggested they start a band. Sam was a drummer but didn't feel that his skills were good enough to become part of a band. Sam wasn't even that sure of Jim's singing abilities, but Morrison was determined to get this venture off the ground. It was also Jim that without a whole lot of thought came up with the band's name: "THE DOORS." He said that there are two entities, the known and the unknown. Both are separated by a door and that's what he wanted to be, The Door. When Jim informed his parents that he was going to throw away his college degree to pursue his dreams as a singer in a rock band, his father flipped! He quickly reminded Jim about the abandoned piano lessons and the time he refused to sing Christmas carols with the family. Jim's father was angry because he had paid all that money for a college education and now Jim was prepared to throw it all away on a whim. After all that, Jim never wrote his parents again. Soon after graduation from UCLA in 1965, Jim joined the hippie scene in Venice Beach. It was at the time, a small artistic area that attracted hippies, runaways and artists. Young people spent their time on the beach smoking pot or dropping acid. During that era, LSD was still legal and could be purchased at the local "head shop." Venice was to Los Angeles what Haiti-Ashes to San Francisco Jim took up residence under a boardwalk where he spent his time taking drugs and writing poems, until he ran into friend Ray Manzarek, a former fellow classmate. Ray was a keyboardist in a small local rock band that was struggling against all the other bands in the area. In order to make it big, he needed something or someone special to make his band so special that it would stand out from the rest. Little did he know that that special "thing" was his friend Jim. One of the "poems" that had it's beginning on the beach was "Hello, I Love You," (1965) which was inspired by a young, long thin black girl who was walking towards him as he sat on a Venice beach. "Sidewalk crouches at her feet Like a dog that begs for something sweet Do you hope to eke her see, you fool? Do you hope to pluck this dusky jewel? Ray was extremely impressed after reading some of Jim's poem and suggested that they put together a band. He convinced Jim that they could put music to his poetry and that he could "sing" his poems on stage. Jim had already had a desire to put a band together but didn't have the vision or the members to get it together. They recruited two new members, Robbie Kroger, guitarist and John Tonsure, drummer and began playing the clubs on the Sunset Strip. Soon they were getting the recognition they deserved and moved on to the "better" clubs. By early 1966, the band had about twenty-five original songs in their repertoire. One of which was "The End," a song not about death as most believe but about faded love. Reluctantly Electoral Records president, Jag Horseman signed the group to a recording contract. They cut their first album in 1967, "The Doors" which was released and quickly received universal acclaim. "Light My Fire" became the group's first really big hit single and then projected them to number one on the music charts. Along with their hit, Jim quickly developed a reputation for erratic public behavior on stage. December 9, 1967 marked the first of many incidents while in concert. During a show in New Haven, Connecticut he was arrested for attempting to incite a riot by telling the crowd that the police had sprayed him and journalist Patricia Genially with mace backstage just before the concert. Then in March 1, 1969, Jim was at it again. During another concert, this time in conservative Miami, Florida, Morrison was arrested for exposing himself on stage and using profanity. The legal troubles caused the group to loose their bookings for the next several months. Thankfully they still had their hit records that continued toeclip the charts to keep them in drugs, drink and women. Donated by someone who wishes to remain anonymous. This is the actual arrest record of Jim Morrison in Miami, Florida. Morrison was brought to trial and squatted of the charges of lewd and lascivious behavior. He was however, guilty of indecent exposure and profanity and was sentenced to eight months in prison. The verdict was appealed and Jim remained free on bail. Tired of the whole scene and the prospects of going to jail, Jim and girlfriend, Pamela moved to Paris, France. The whole time that Morrison was in Paris, he drank heavily. He loved the wine bistros and cafes. By now he had gained excessive weight and was going through his "Elvis" period. On one occasion, Jim was sitting in a cafe drinking when he noticed some kids toting guitar cases. After a while he walked over to their table and asked them if they were Americans. They said that they were and then asked Morrison where he was from, not recognizing the BIG rock star. As it turned out they all attended UCLA. After twenty questions, the kids finally put together who Morrison was. After apologizing profusely, Jim treated them to drinks of whiskey with beer chasers. A few drinks led to an impromptu jam session with Jim, an experience I'm sure they never forgot. Around July 1, 1971, for whatever reason Morrison had slipped into a period of despondency. He was drinking far worse than ever, but was trying to quit. In the middle of all this chaos he was trying to write. Unfortunately he was blocked, the words would not flow. Pamela was worried for him and his mental state. She tried to distract him and make him happy to no avail. He was even invited by friends to join them for dinner the next day, but refused to go because he didn't want to saddle them with his depressed state. Finally they persuaded him and he remained quiet for the entire meal. After dinner he took Pamela home and alledgedly went to a movie, "Pursued" starring Robert Mitchum. There are alot of contradictions concerning his whereabouts that evening. Some say he went to the Rock 'n' Roll Circus, so depressed that he bought some heroin and O.D'd in the club lavatory. Supposedly he was then carried out the back door and dumped at his flat, in the bathtub. Another rumor is that he left Pamela and headed for the airport. Witnesses have claimed to have seen him boarding a plane. The most famous of rumors were that after walking around all night he returned home complained that he wasn't feeling well and took a bath. During his bath, he regurgitated a small quantity of blood. This was common for him and Pam didn't think anything was wrong. Soon she went to bed and left him in the bath. Later she awoke because he had not joined her, that's when she found him. His arms were draped over the sides of the tub and his head was leaning back, his long hair matted and wet. He had a grin on his clean shaven face. At first Pam thought he was playing another one of his sick jokes, but then noticed he wasn't breathing and called the fire department's resuscitation unit. After them a doctor and the police arrived on the scene. It was too late, it was "The End" for Jim. Whatever happened on that fateful Friday night, we know that on July 5th, rumors circulated that he was dead. English newspapers were calling Elektra Records to verify whether or not he was dead. No one knew anything. The only thing that could prove he was dead was a sealed coffin, a signed death certificate and Pamela's word. Funeral arrangements were quickly made and secretly confirmed. Pamela filed the death certificate with the American Embassy, identifying him as James Douglas Morrison. Also she said there were no other living relatives. The official cause of death was listed as a heart attack. On July 7th, his coffin was lowered into a grave a Pere' La Chaise. This was the cemetery that gravehunter, Jim Morrison would spend hours looking for the graves of the famous: Edith Piaf, Oscar Wilde, Balzac, Bizet and Chopin. Morrison's coffin was to be opened on July 6th, of 2001 and he was going to be relocated to California when his "lease" expired. Both events have yet to occur. This photo was given to me by some very nice people whom I met at the Miami Book Fest International. I lost the paper that they gave me with their name, address etc. So if someone wants to claim the photo by identifying themselves, email me and I'll give you credit for the photo and send it back to you. Three years later, girlfriend Pamela Courson died of a herion overdose in Paris. She too was twenty-seven at the time of her death. L.A. Woman written in Jim Morrison's hand. Recently I saw a special on television about these two guys, perhaps brothers who were really huge Jim Morrison fans. I believe they lived in Detroit somewhere, I can't remember and it doesn't matter. Anyway, they decided to make a bust of Jim and lug it to Paris to erect it on his grave. Actually the bust really looked good and would have been an awesome addition to his grave. I don't know why they didn't contact the family and ask permission. I'm sure the family would have given the okay for this endeavor. So these guys put the life size bust of Jim in their suitcase (or giant hatbox, how does one carry a bust on a plane?) and off they go to France. This must have been pre- 911 because they didn't encounter any problems transporting the bust. Could you imagine, a bomb molded in the shape of Jim Morrison's head? Finally they get to the cemetery equpped with power tools and wait until the cemetery is either closed or closing and there were very little if no people around. As soon as they think the coast is clear, they commence to drill and hammer at Morrison's grave to install the bust. Of course the local cemetery cops are summoned and soon they appear. Instead of really being mad at these two guys they were taken with the beauty of the statue. It's very French to appreciate art even if there is a crime in progress. Although they thought the whole thing was cool, they still had a job to do and arrested the two. The three of them, the two guys and the bust, were brought to the local French jail, questioned and then deported back to the U.S. That more or less was the end of their mission. Tell me, what were they thinking? "THE END" (Less)

every since i was a little girl, i had this fantasy that i would go visit my mom once i got older....she would have put all those shananigans behind her, and become a harmless old lady. i would fianally get to know who she was, and hear stories about me as a baby.....
but i never got that chance becuz she decided to make some chicken soup on the stove, and then pass out....we were told it wasn't the fire that killed her, but rather smoke inhalation. she was too drunk to get herself out and everyone knows mobile homes are a death trap...
that was 9 years ago. as my own daughter grows older, i have more and more questions i wish i could ask my mom......i wonder what i share in common with her....did i inhereit my love of writing from her? did i get her sence of humor? did she bequeath me this damn double chin?!? and most of all ......i wonder if she would be proud of me. Everyone who's recently added someone to the email list. There's a lot of new people receiving this today... so, welcome.
I was kinda feeling the pressure this week... Sharon Jones is a tough act to follow. I got a lot of great feedback on her - so I'm hoping I have someone this week you'll enjoy just as much.
And that's Elliott Smith.
A lot of you have probably heard his music before... although never a 'mainstream' musician, he was nominated for a Grammy for Miss Misery - which appeared in Good Will Hunting (losing to 'My Heart Will Go On,' from Titanic), and he quietly made a name for himself over the years.
His sudden death at age 34 was just terrible, and 'spooky' if you ask me. The basic story is that he was in an argument with his girlfriend... who consequently locked herself in the bathroom. She heard him scream, opened the bathroom door, and saw him standing with a steak knife in his chest. So she pulled it out and he fell to the ground and died. Smith had battled drug and alcohol abuse his whole life, although the coroner's report indicated that at the time of his death there weren't any traces of illegal substances or alcohol. Nobody really knows if it was suicide... although there was a possible suicide note on a post-it that said, 'I'm so sorry -- love, Elliott. God forgive me.'
Now, he did in fact suffer from severe depression throughout his life... which makes it no surprise that his music can sometimes 'sound' depressing (as songs are often a reflection of one's life). But I think there's a lot more to it than that if you dig a bit deeper...
His attention to detail is impeccable, his lyrics are creative, sincere and thought provoking, and above all (in my opinion), you can tell that he absolutely loved making music. So in essence I don't find his music to be that depressing... but rather, to me it sounds like an 'escape.'
I basically think his passion and enthusiasm for what he was doing shine through far more than anything else... and the end result is really good music.
But -- that's not to say you'll agree... (Less)

soo...heres the storyline.
Ginny and Harry were going out..and you know, they were in love. But then Bellatrix Lestrange murders Ginny, right before Harry's eyes, before he's able to do anything.
So he's left with this thought of Ginny..how he misses her, and really, he feels broken. He partly blames himself for her death. But, through this pain, he begins to take notice of someone else. Hermione. She's shining through this fog thats taken over his brain, and he finds himself falling in love with her. It's hard though, with the memory of Ginny still in his head. He feels like he's betraying her.
Then, Hermione is captured by the Death Eaters. Harry is there as well, and he watches as Bellatrix Lestrange appears...and it's like deja vu all over again. And he knows he must do something. Because Bellatrix is going to kill Hermione. He breaks away from his Death Eater just as the Avada Kedavra shoots out of Bellatrix's wand...he goes in front of Hermione, and the curse hits him. Hermione...she's stricken.
But Harry isn't dead yet. He's in a little place between death and life (ehm..yeah i suppose you could compare it to *DH SPOILER!!!* King's Cross from DH. Except its Ginny talking to him, not Dumbledore. As memories of her, and Hermione, flash through his mind, Ginny tells Harry that he must move on from her. Hermione is waiting on the other side, and he has to let go. Harry is reluctant..at first. But he realizes. Ginny's giving him another chance. So he comes back. Hermione is right there. And...its a happyish ending :)
3:20-3:34 ... its not in order, which is why that segment is in black&white. its um, harry remembering when he was in that little inbetween worlds place, and he saw Ginny behind Hermione..
glowy clips: er..yeah. hermione glows like in these clips, as does ginny, h/g memories, memories in general, and the death scene. idk why. except for the death scene, its all kinda happy.
so yeah. sorry if you get confused, but i just..made this, loosely following the storyline.

Actually, this video footage was shot while traveling among the Galapagos Islands, where Kuypers thought the background was a serene setting for reaing poetry.
For more information on the writing of Janet Kuypers (or artwork, including photography form the Galapagos Islands), go to http://www.janetkuypers.com to read more of her work.
This is the original poem:
A Child in the Park
this was no ordinary park, mind you: there
were no swings or children laughing; there were
different children there. There was recreation:
tennis, the pool, and a maze of streets for bicycles
and long walks; surrounded by rows of prefabricated
homes each with one little palm tree by the driveway.
People drove golf carts around in the park, or large
tricycles, or older couples would walk together just as
it was beginning to turn to dusk and long shadows from
tree-tops cris-crossed over the streets. In the afternoons,
the women in the pool would wear hats and sunglasses,
lean against the sides, swing legs in the warm water.
I remember the summer afternoons when it rained in
Florida, and after the rain I would go out in the puddles
in my roller skates, skate through them, feet soaking wet.
There was even a street named after me in the park,
and at the end of Jan Drive there was a pond.
I spent hours there, playing imaginary games,
pretending I was grown-up, feeding the ducks,
watching the fish swim around the rocks at my
feet, looking for the turtles, listening to the wind.
Oh, I remember Mr. Whorall, how he would walk
onto his driveway every time I was playing tennis
across the street. He would watch me, tell me how
I was getting better at the game every time he saw me.
And there was also Mrs. Rogers, who lived up the
street from me. She saw me riding my bicycle by one day
just before Halloween. She invited me in to help
carve a pumpkin. Every year she bought me a Christmas
present. The sweetest woman. The most beautiful woman.
And there was Ira and Betty Wiggins, who lived on
the next street, Sand Drive, with a sign in front of
their house that said, "The Wiggins' Wigwam."
They had a hammock on their porch, and art so
beautiful, so colorful on their walls. They lived in
Panama for years, he used to be a doctor. So
many things collected from all their travel. They both
knew so much, they both loved life. Once they saw
me and asked if I wanted to catch a lion. They then
went to the side of the road, and with a spoon pulled
an ant lion from the top of a sand hill. So many secrets.
Every night Ira could be found with cue holder,
decorated with Panamanian art, at the pool table, playing
my father, or another man who died years ago. I remember
that man telling me that when I was younger he would
watch me on Easter Sunday, me in my pastel dress, by
myself, spinning, dancing in the streets. He remembered
me dancing. This is his memory, how he thought of me.
And I remember the McKinleys, Pete and Lindy, another
beautiful pair who talked of Mexico, of all the places
they'd gone, all the things they had seen. So many times I
would visit them just to hear them talk. And Pete would try
to stump me with an intellectual riddle every time I sat with
him; he would ask me about astronomy, what I had learned in my
classes since the last time I visited the park. Sometimes they
would take me to their country club, play on tennis courts made
of clay, how strange it felt on my feet through my tennis shoes.
It was like another world there. The park was
where I spent my Christmases, my Easters. I
remember swimming in the pool, a week shy of
thirteen, when my parents told me I was an aunt.
Now I talk to my sister on the phone, she asks me
if I remember so-and-so from Palos Avenue,
from Blue Skys Drive. The couple that had the ornate
rock garden in their front yard, or the snow shovel
against their light post with the words "rust in
peace" painted in white on the metal. Yes, I say, I
remember them. Well, so-and-so passed away last week,
she says. Heart attack. This is what it comes down
to, I think, all these memories are slowly disappearing.
So many memories. Where there are palm trees everywhere.
It was my other world, my other life, another
lifestyle, another everything. This was not an ordinary
park, but the children were so much smarter, and
still so full of life. So much to teach. So little time. (Less)

I will be posting my statement below but I am sure that our solicitors won't agree to it and will make changes? Will put you all in the picture of the outcome.
Statement
I Colin Berry am making a statement on behalf of my wife Mrs. Mary Berry and my self; the reason why Mrs. Berry is unable to make her own statement is because of a head injury received at the accident.
I Colin Berry am a self employed businessman who ran an established business since 1983 named "Colin Berry BMS" it specialized in Electrical and Plumbing and also offered to carry out Building Maintenance Specialist work on commercial and domestic properties.
My wife does domestic work, 31 and a half hours a week for various individuals including 10 hours for Enfield Council, she also carried out additional work dealing with the clerical side of my business in taking calls and keeping accounts to date.
Accident at Costco
We went shopping on the 5 April 2003 at Costco Chingford around 5:00 p.m. after passing the first isle walking in between the first and second isle we heard an enormous bang that shook the whole building, preventing my wife from taking another step forward she flew out of my grasp and vanished followed by another enormous bang two washing machines lying in front of me but my wife was not to be seen, I panicked trying to find her she was thrown about 10 ft behind me in the opposite direction from where we were heading. She was unconscious with blood coming from her mouth, I laid beside her calling her name and suddenly realized that she needed an ambulance and shouted out, get an ambulance, but there was no one around it must have frightened everyone, it seemed forever but eventually someone tiptoed and poked their head around the corner I screamed at them get an ambulance please.
Finally a plea was announced across the tannoy asking for Medical Assistance, a doctor and several other people two of which were an ambulance crew; they were directed to the scene by Costco's management but the management kept well away from the seen of the accident? My wife finally stirred I asked her if she was all right but she was still dazed the ambulance crew that was shopping there came and introduce themselves to me and began to put my wife into a safe position awaiting the Air Ambulance crew to arrive.
Police
The police were called, their was around five officers at the accident they had to seal the whole area off one of the police officers who was taking photos remarked, don't worry we have taken 14 photos of the incident and have all the names of the witnesses, he pointed up to show me where the washing machines were stacked, 8 machines on the highest shelf the remaining 4 were tipping over, there was barely sufficient room to accommodate the 4 that fell at the back, the bottom 2 machines fell on the racking on our side the top 2 machines that fell and hit my wife was 30 ft. high the police officer remarked how the machines manage to pull the cling film down because of their weight resting on it due to the 20% overlapping.
Air Ambulance
The air ambulance crew had to cut my wife's clothes off to enable them to assess her injuries, she was in a lot of pain and refused to move they eventually managed to lift her on to the stretcher and went, I was told that a constable would take me to the Royal London Hospital. When I arrived at the Hospital she was in the emergency intensive care area where a lot of X-rays was taken, after a while a Doctor approached us with the X-ray and informed me that three of my wife's vertebrae's were fractured and showed me on the X-ray that there was concern for internal bleeding and wanted to take more CT scans, now it is past 10:00 p.m. I am told that it is best that I go home don't know the area and asked my son-in-law to come and pick me up.
Admitted in Hospital
My wife was in intensive care for five days and was moved to an adjoining ward after, she had to wear an extremely restrictive "neck collar MJ 200L" for over a week, she had bruises to the head and extensive bruising to the right side of her rib cage and arm, she looked a mess, she could not turn her head to the left without extensive pain, she had a body cast made and fitted, that allowed her to move more freely, 12 days later I over heard a conversation made by her Consultant Dr. Afshar on the phone debating whether or not to discharge my wife with his superiors, "there is a possibility that the bone may break away" after the phone call he approached us saying there is a shortage of beds would she be prepared to accept to be discharged. Well I gather that they were willing to take the risk on behalf of my wife, throwing the ball into our court, I guessed if there were patients that needed the bed it would be right that she accepted to be discharged and I agreed. (I am appalled to think that the NHS is under such considerable strain that they are prepared to release patients with such severe damage to their vertebras and partial movement to her neck, not to mention her head injury, which was totally discarded.)
Outpatient at Bart's
Regular X-rays was taken at Bart's Hospital and a CT Scan at the London Chest Hospital revealing, this is what the nurse had to say, "in the 15 years doing this work I have only come across one other similar fracture, there is only a wedge remaining of one vertebrae carrying a rib, how did this happen?"
I mention to the Consultant's in charge of Mary's case at Bart's that she has a memory problem and was told, I am a Consultant Neurosurgeon there is nothing I can do for Mary and finally referred Mary to a Consultant Neurologist Dr. Gawler at Bart's.
Dr. Gawler said that he couldn't locate any problems with Mary's short-term memory loss. Dr. Gawler requesting that Mary see a local psychiatrist, letter sent to Mary's GP Dr. Connaughton, letter dated 24 March 2005; he had also made an appointment with a Mr. Blunden Chartered Clinical Psychologist for the 27.6.05. At the appointment on 27 June 2005 Mr. Blunden told me that Mary's GP failed to carry out the request made by Dr. Gawler for a local Psychiatrist to see Mary. Apparently I only knew of the appointment to see Mr. Blunden he was annoyed that the request was not followed through by Mary's GP.
Eventually Mary saw a local Psychiatrist, Consultant Psychiatrist at the CMHS Edmonton N9
Dr. Balasubramaniam asked for reports from the following doctors mention. Psychologist Dr. Gillion Century was assigned to her case, further test conducted by Dr. M. K. Burke Clinical Psychologist and was referred on to Dr. Kizzy Alner Clinical Neuropsychologist at Queen's Square London, she advised me that our Solicitor should obtain private rehab for Mary "remarked Medico Legal should have been involved in the first six months," she advised in her report that Mary should obtain rehab.
Our first and second Solicitors' failed to see the need to obtain rehab for Mary or even obtaining an independent Medical Expert Report, with my constant pleading for protocol rules to be in force the both Solicitors' ignored my request, I had to report the both Solicitors' to the Law Society. They failed my wife dismally and refused to obey any of my instructions. Currently we are on our third firm of Solicitors' and my wife is still consulting a local psychiatrist and awaiting Brain Rehab assessment at Edgware Hospital.
Second Claimant Colin Berry
I am still in a dream I cannot believe what has happened, my heart torn from me and haven't had the time to recover, its as if my soul is missing and has been replaced with sheer determination.
My world fell apart and have not been given the opportunity to recover in the midst of deep sorrow and destruction lies a soul that is misplaced and required some form of normality to regain its consciousness.
Extremely hurt injured and bitter determine to get justice at no matter what cost.
Business and accounts
We was thrown into the deep end and left to die, we received no financial help or advice from the hospital or our solicitor, eight months before an interim payment of £5,000 was offered, my wife required constant care, I had to employ someone we knew and trusted and someone to help with the backlog of work already booked in my business, pledges that we could not deny, customers that had over twenty years loyalty and elderly. I had to accomplish clearing my pledges in whatever way I could and what ever help I could get, realizing that it was impossible to keep my business going due to extreme circumstances I find myself in, the reality is that people want plumbers and electricians ASAP and remain till the job is done.
After dismissing our first appointed solicitor for professional negligence he demanded £15,000 + to release the files eventually settled for £5.875.00 as an interim payment.
The second appointed solicitor took the case on a private client bases, saying that it was till they received the files from the first solicitor but decided to leave us on a private client basis till they finally came off the records that was a further £1,000 in interim payment.
We have cleared all of our savings of £15,000 and Mary's life insurance policy of a further £10,000 and loss of earnings for 4 and half years.
This accident not only destroyed us physically but also mentally and demolished all the faith we had in our society. (Less)

(Less)

I can still remember last year's Mother's Day......my present to my Mom were the pics that I took for her 58th birthday party--pics from a year ago! That birthday was a special day. I called all my aunts, uncles, my grandma, and my brothers up and we all met at my Mom's house. My stepbrother plays the guitar so we all serenated her with Las Mananitas...a traditional, spanish birthday song. I remember her crying as we sang to her. After we got done singing, the beautiful white limo pulled up. Man, her eyes bugged out...she was so happy and surprised. I wanted my Mom, if only for one day, to feel like a million dollars....a queen.
I remember telling my stepdad that I was going to wait for a major birthday but "something" told me to just do it. So I did. We all packed in the limousine and went to downtown Detroit to her favorite Mexican Restaurant, the Mexican Village. We drank cocktails on the way to the restaurant, there, and on the way home. My Mom LOVED cake and I got her favorite cake for her. I'm glad we didn't wait till her 60th birthday because she would've never have made it. She passed in May and her 60th would have been last July. So my Mother's Day present to her were the pics from that birthday. She went through them and loved them. She wanted me to blow up several of the photos for her because they came out so nice. At my Mom's funeral, I put together the collage of her photos and blew up all of the ones she wanted blown up. So, as always, she got what she wanted.
The following week after Mother's Day, Mom went in for her triple bypass heart surgery. She went in on Wed, May 18th and after 4 long days in the hospital, on May 21st, our Dear Lord called his angel home. Many of the photos in this video are from her birthday part...and the photo of the moon was on the night she passed.
My older brother Bobby made this video so I thought I'd share it. The song, Borracho de Besos (drunk on kisses), was one of my Mom's favorites songs and I remember we used to blast the radio up and sing it. This song was also the song we played as my brothers, my stepdad, and her brothers carried her coffin out of the church. (Less)

Song: Του Έρωτα Και της Φωτιάς
Of Love And Fire
Artist: Άνεμος
Anemos (which means "Wind" in Greek)
Lyrics Translated:
Of love and fire, this song is
for the love of a godess with a mortal man
a song of the heart that comes out warm
into the echo of the night
Love - love -love me, and come to become a God
Love - love - love they say, (it's) madness that becomes light
In the high clouds she sits bend
tries to open her wings but they are torn
She starts to sing a song to him again
She begs to see him
Love - love -love me, and come to become a God
Love - love - love they say, madness that becomes light
Of love and fire the same melodie
and if you learn to sing it you become a God, you become a God, you become a God!
Love me!
------------------------------------
I hoped you liked them! I do! ;)
Well now, it goes like this: In the world of fairies, Hermione wants to visit Earth, so she secrtetly flies as an owl and lands in a forest! There she accidentaly sees a beutiful young man (Harry) and falls in live with hime! She put her fairy charms in action and tries to make him love her back! Harry is of course impressed by this lovely "creature" and falls in love with her too! But when she asks him repeatedly to follow her, he is afraid of this overflowing love, scared that he might "drown" by it! Hermione flies back to her home in the skies (scene were she switch forms) and is devastated! Nevertheless, she is determind not to give up on him that easy, so she sings a song and flies back to bring him close to her again! Harry isn't again convinced at first, but then madly in love he followes her! She tells him they must go quickly! Then they see at the distance some fairy people looking for Hermione, so they start running to hide from them! But Dumbledoor (okay, don't laugh here!), Hermione's father finds them and takes Hermione away! Poor Harry is totally lost, having nightmares in his dreams about her! So, Hermione's sister, tells her that she must free him form her memory, make him forget, cause he is in great pane! So time rans backwards and the dream of her in Harry's mind fades! So, was that a sweet dream?? he wonders and he forgets! But as he is walking to the woods one day he sees a white owl, a so familiar white one...! So, that's it!! I feel terrible for having you read so much text, but I felt it could be complicated! Anyway, I didn't want to put "The End", cause Fairytales usually don't have unfinished endings....! ;)
Inspirations: My major inspiration to think of making such a vid was Dasha (Markvadass), with her video Formalin which I totally love! There she used a beautiful Russian song! So, I though of using one of my own language too!
Inpired too by: dusted92, emmade93
Thank you for your attention!
This goes to all my friends and subscribers! Hope you'll enjoy! :))

On June 28, 2008 at around 2:30 p.m., Korshunova died after falling from the ninth-floor balcony of her apartment at 130 Water Street in Manhattan's Financial District. Police stated there were no signs of a struggle in her apartment and concluded that Korshunova's death is an apparent suicide.
One of her friends stated that Korshunova had just returned from a modeling gig in Paris, noting that she seemed to be "on top of the world" with no apparent reason why she would commit suicide. Korshunova's former boyfriend, Artem Perchenok, said he dropped Korshunova off at her apartment several hours before her death after they watched the Demi Moore film Ghost together. "She was a good person," he told The New York Post. However, she appeared brokenhearted and angry in some of her postings on a social networking site. Korshunova's most telling message came three months ago: "I'm so lost. Will I ever find myself?" Another posting read: "It hurts, as if someone took a part of me, tore it out, mercilessly stomped all over and threw it out." One cryptic entry in March reads: "My dream is to fly. Oh, my rainbow it is too high." Other postings revealed anger: "I'm a bitch. I'm a witch. I don't care what you say ... I know why my other relationships didn't work out, 'cause I'm unpredictable."

Johnson hit, "Your Magic Put A Spell On Me", first recorded in the summer of 1975 in Chicago, and turning into a top thirty pop hit in February 1976, with L.J. appearing on Top Of The Pops on the exact same show as Evelyn Thomas performing "Weak Spot". What an amazing week that was for a naive young twenty one year old record producer. Now thirty two years later, here it is again. And now, in 2008, I could think of no-one else capable of recreating this wonderful sound than those falsetto tones of Gerod. Of course this song is yet another performance for my oh so important new project. My brand new album, "Yesterday And Tomorrow", is probably the most dear to my heart project that I have ever undertaken. I decided after thirty three years since I made my very first record, "Reaching For The Best" by The Exciters, to take a trip back down memory lane and recut thirty of my classics on artists who I am currently working with, reinterpreting them in 2008 without losing the magic that made them special in the first place. It's a totally self indulgent project, but one which already has my fans salivating with delight. I first got the idea when I recut Evelyn Thomas's wonderful classic "Have A Little Faith In Me" with Ebony Alleyne, last year. So I'm doing thirty in total, twenty four for the CD and six more extra ones for the DVD, picking either my biggest hits, my most beloved tracks, or the songs which people most requested to see a video. As I must clearly explain, these are not the original versions. And that's what makes the project exciting and new. These are brand spanking new interpretaions of the classics, by Centre City's current roster of artists , built up over a thirty three year career of making records. REACHING FOR THE BEST - WEAK SPOT - YOUR MAGIC PUT A SPELL ON ME - BABY I'M STILL THE SAME MAN - HE'S SO IRREPLACEABLE - MY HEAD'S IN THE STARS - NO WAY OUT - LOOKS LIKE LOVE IS HERE TO STAY - I'M IN WONDERLAND- TWENTY FOUR HOURS A DAY - MY CLAIM TO FAME - TRUE LOVE IS MY DESTINY - NEVER LET GO - NEW YORK'S ON FIRE - SO MANY MEN SO LITTLE TIME - HIGH ENERGY - HE'S A SAINT HE'S A SINNER - ON A CROWDED STREET - CLOSE TO PERFECTION - ALL OVER THE WORLD - MY HEART KEEPS BEATING FASTER - TECHNICOLOUR - FOOTSTEPS FOLLOWING ME - I FOUND HEAVEN - MORE TO THIS WORLD - FAN THE FLAME - I CAN'T ERASE THE THOUGHTS OF YOU - DANCING ON THE EDGE OF A DREAM - RUNNING IN ANOTHER DIRECTION - WALKING ON AIR. I first met Gerod Harris through Sheila Ferguson of The Three Degrees, back in 1999. We had filmed the lead singer of The Montclairs, Phil Perry, for "The Strange World Of Northern Soul", and needed two other guys to add to the video, and Sheila said she had an American friend who knew all the old soul group moves. Next I asked him to put three black male singers and dancers together to back up Steve Brookstein for The Four Vandals, and indeed you can see Gerod in all the Four Vandals videos here on YouTube. Then we cut "Headaches And Heartaches" for the "Northern Soul 2007" album. That wonderful sweet fingersnapping solo song has become THE track that the Northern Soul scene have adored from that album last year. Gerod has starred in three major films, as he is also an actor as well as a singer, "Until Death", "Proof`", and with Will and Grace's debra Messing, in "The Wedding Date". Gerod was also just the perfect voice to feature on my "Disco 2008" alum, released last December, album, with a storming track called "Hanging On To A Memory". And now hopefully, Gerod's version of this classic Northern Soul hit song will have you dancing in the streets. The album, "Yesterday And Tomorrow" will hopefully be released on March 3rd on Centre City Records, exclusively through the new website, http://www.ianlevine.co.uk - and I hope you will all consider supporting it.
