"Polar Head" speelde in 2002 tijdens de "Grote Prijs van Zuid-Holland (GPZH)" live in "WaterFront" te Rotterdam. De Grote Prijs van Zuid-Holland (GPZH) is dé talentenjacht voor amateurpopmusici, georganiseerd door de Popunie. Het totaal aantal acts in "WaterFront" lag ongeveer rond de 120. "WaterFront" is een Rotterdamse club voor nationale en internationale bands, dance-acts en dancenights. Deze zaal, met een klein en een groot podium, staat er om bekend altijd een hechte groep feestgangers aan te trekken, die ook deze avond allemaal aanwezig waren. "Polar Head" kan uitgroeien tot een zeer professionele band en ging voor de finale. Het niveau van "Polar Head" was zeer hoog, de sfeer goed en de muzikanten stond niets meer in de weg om het helemaal te gaan maken. Deze spectaculaire-, enthousiaste show werd vastgelegd door Augustijn Video Productions. Het vervolgoptreden door "Polar Head" in het Paard van Troje - Den Haag werd ook gefilmd. www.augustijnvideoproductions The Techno band "Polar Head" was formed by Henk vocals/lead guitar and vocals/keyboard by Joost. "Polar Head" played in 2002 during the "Great Price of South of Holland" (GPZH) live in "WaterFront" at Rotterdam. The "Great Price" (GPZH) is THE talentscout for amature musicians, organised by the PopUnion. The total acts in "WaterFront" was around 120. "WaterFront" is a Rotterdam Club for national and international bands, dance-acts and dancenights. This theatre, with a small and a large stage, is always reknown for a dedicated group of feasters, which were all present again this evening. "Polar Head" can grow to become a very large professional band and goes for the finals. The level of "Polar Head" was very high, the atmosphere was good and the musicians were standing nothing in their way to go for the tops. This spectacular-, enthousiastic show was recorded by Augustijn Video Productions.
