Jun. 13 - Japanese company Genepax presents its eco-friendly car that runs on nothing but water.
Tired of petrol prices rising daily at the pump? A Japanese company has invented an electric-powered, and environmentally friendly, car that it says runs solely on water.
Genepax unveiled the car in the western city of Osaka on Thursday, saying that a liter (2.1 pints) of any kind of water — rain, river or sea — was all you needed to get the engine going for about an hour at a speed of 80 km (50 miles).
"The car will continue to run as long as you have a bottle of water to top up from time to time," Genepax CEO Kiyoshi Hirasawa told local broadcaster TV Tokyo.
"It does not require you to build up an infrastructure to recharge your batteries, which is usually the case for most electric cars," he added.
Once the water is poured into the tank at the back of the car, the a generator breaks it down and uses it to create electrical power, TV Tokyo said.
Whether the car makes it into showrooms remains to be seen. Genepax said it had just applied for a patent and is hoping to collaborate with Japanese auto manufacturers in the future.
Most big automakers, meanwhile, are working on fuel-cell cars that run on hydrogen and emit — not consume — water. (Less)

The vid is a bit AU in the sense that the kiss happened and the next day during the case (which is actually the case that happened at the START of the episode) Angell starts getting distracted by the pervious nights events until Flack comes and asks her what happened between them (not in thoughs words but I hope its implied XP) She says something (I havent actually thought of what it is yet) and he thinks there is no future between them and walks away.
So, hope you like it, sorry its short it was just an experiment like I said.

Story:
Tifa is a member of AVALANCHE and Zack is SOLDIER first class. After AVALANCHE takes out one of Shinra's reactors, Rufus decides to have the leader of AVALANCHE taken care of, and he assigns the disposal to Zack.
While reviewing the files on AVALANCHE Zack becomes infatuated with Tifa, and is reluctant to complete his assignment. When he asks Angeal what would happen if he were to refuse Angeal tells him that Shinra will "Just keep sending SOLDIERS". Zack goes and confronts Tifa. When he meets her in person he falls for her.
Tifa takes Zack aside and explains her position, and how Shinra is killing innocent people and the planet. She tells him that he is a SOLDIER and that men like him are supposed to defend the helpless, no matter the cost. She looks at him and says "What else would you have me do?" To which he offers his hand. She can't go with him, as much as it breaks her heart to refuse.
Zack leaves, heartbroken, but accepting that she is alive and they may have a future someday. He lies about completing his mission and time passes.
A few months later Tifa and Avalanche hijack Shinra bombs and destroy the president's summer vacation vista. In doing so Tifa unwittingly reveals Zack's lie and Angeal must tell Zack that Shinra knows about his betrayal. He leaves Zack, but doesn't apprehend him, giving Zack time to escape the compound and try to get to Tifa...
When he finds her, she is mortally wounded. Zack knows she won't make it, and she begs him to run and save himself, but he refuses. In my head I picture him telling the Shinra Guards it's his duty to protect the innocent, no matter what the cost--as Tifa once told him.

Last March, Hersh reported that American policy in the Middle East had shifted to opposing Iran, Syria, and their Shia allies at any cost, even if it meant backing hardline Sunni jihadists.
A key element of this policy shift was an agreement among Vice President Richard Cheney, Deputy National Security Advisor Elliot Abrams, and Prince Bandar bin Sultan, the Saudi national security adviser, whereby the Saudis would covertly fund the Sunni Farah al-Islam in Lebanon as a counterweight to the Shia Hezbollah.
Hersh points out that the current situation is much like that during the conflict in Afghanistan in the 1980's -- which gave rise to al Qaeda -- with the same people involved in both the US and Saudi Arabia and the "same pattern" of the US using jihadists that the Saudis assure us they can control.
When asked why the administration would be acting in a way that appears to run counter to US interests, Hersh says that, since the Israelis lost to them last summer, "the fear of Hezbollah in Washington, particularly in the White House, is acute."
As a result, Hersh implies, the Bush administration is no longer acting rationally in its policy. "We're in the business of supporting the Sunnis anywhere we can against the Shia. ... "We're in the business of creating ... sectarian violence." And he describes the scheme of funding Fatah al-Islam as "a covert program we joined in with the Saudis as part of a bigger, broader program of doing everything we could to stop the spread of the Shia world, and it just simply -- it bit us in the rear." "For a nickel [five cents] you got a cup of coffee and 10 minutes of politics when you went to Nader's Restaurant," says Ralph Nader, who grew up in a small town in Connecticut talking politics at the dinner table and at his father's diner.
"It was the ultimate expression of free speech. No matter what political view anybody had they never got a stern look from my father because he liked dissent. He used to tell us: everything we have in this country we like, originally started with dissent."
Nader's parents were Lebanese immigrants. He says his father's idea of patriotism was to try to improve the country and the lives of others.
"And then he would turn the question on them and ask, 'Do you love your country?' [They would answer,] 'You're darn right I do.' They would pound the counter. Then he'd say, 'Why don't you spend little more time improving it?'"
Nader says his parents's taught him how to listen, and to think critically. He says those family values led him to become a lawyer and to fight injustice.
In 1965 Nader published a book called "Unsafe At Any Speed." In it he argued that the U.S. automobile industry was knowingly building dangerous vehicles. He specifically targeted a General Motors car, the Corvair. He said the Corvair had design flaws that could lead to accidents.
GM attempted to discredit him and investigated his personal life. Nader sued the company -- and won. And Nader used the settlement money to fight consumer battles for safer cars, food, homes and workplaces.
He hired young advocates who became known as Nader's Raiders.
One said, "Everybody worked until two in the morning or so and then we just collapsed and would get up at eight and start working again."
Another added, "We were there 24-7 [24 hours a day, 7 days a week]. It was just ridiculous." "Maybe if we started talking about civic globalization instead of corporate globalization, the world will move forward."
In 1996 and 2000, Nader ran as a presidential candidate for the Green Party, shunning the policies of both the Democratic and Republican Parties. He announced his bid for the White House again in 2004 as an independent.
"Presidential politics has been broken for a long time. The two parties have been broken. They need a wake-up call. They need somebody to hold their feet to the fire," he says.
President George W. Bush won re-election in 2004. Many Democrats dubbed Nader a spoiler for his refusal, once again, to get out of the race. "How can you spoil a spoiled political system, to begin with, and second: if we all have an equal right to run for political office, then none of us are spoilers or all of us are spoilers of one another."
Nader says today that presidential hopefuls must raise hundreds of millions of dollars to be competitive. "And where do you think they are going to get that money? They are not going to get that money from the people who harvest our food or the people that clean up after us or the people who do the everyday work in the country. They are going to get it from the millionaires, the mega-millionaires, the billionaires and the corporations.
Nader -- now 73 -- says he has not made up his mind whether to make another run for the White House. But one thing seems certain -- as a self-proclaimed public citizen, he will continue to let the American people know where he stands. (Less)

The BOMBARDIER ECO4 portfolio, which offers ten product concepts which are ready for use, was presented by Bombardier Transportation during a press conference in Berlin on the occasion of InnoTrans 2008 (23-26 September), the world’s largest rail industry fair. In detail, the technical highlights of the ECO4 products are: AeroEfficient Train Optimisation: The industry’s first generic design approach for energy- efficient aerodynamic designs can help realize energy savings of up to eight per cent for regional and up to 15 per cent for high speed trains. It reduces the aerodynamic drag by 25 per cent with a new, state-of-the-art process called AeroEfficient Train Optimisation. The process focuses on reducing the traction effort, which is largely lost during typical driving operations due to aerodynamic pressure drag and friction. Limiting this aerodynamic drag not only saves energy used for traction, but can also reduce traveling time, as it allows for a higher train acceleration. The process can be applied when developing and constructing new products by calculating the best way to minimize the drag. It also takes into account constraints such as crash structure, industrial design and possible ergonomic limits of the cab. C.L.E.A.N. Diesel Power Pack: A drive system for Diesel Multiple Units (DMUs). It is the only one of its type in the rail industry which already meets the exhaust emission limits Stage III-B for DMUs in the 660kW class becoming effective in 2012. The innovative product is thus years ahead of the legal requirements and presently ready to be implemented for a full-production run. The environmentally-friendly effect of the system is made possible through the use of a special catalyst with SCR technology (Selective Catalyst Reduction). This not only requires less energy than other solutions, but it also has a cooling system that is easy to handle and reduces emissions, particularly nitric oxides. Overall, the engine has an optimized weight and configuration, and operates with relatively low fuel consumption. In addition it has reduced maintenance requirements, resulting in improved efficiency. In 2009, the C.L.E.A.N. Diesel Power Pack will become part of the BOMBARDIER ITINO train sets for the Rhein-Main-Verkehrsverbund (RMV) in Germany and for Västtrafik in Sweden. EBI Drive 50 Driver Assistance System: Saving traction energy of up to 15 per cent and reducing costs and wear, the EBI Drive 50 Driver Assistance Systemis the world’s first integrated solution in this area. This smart software tool is assisting train drivers with recommendations for velocity and acceleration/deceleration, in order to optimize their driving styles and minimize the energy needed to run a train according to its allotted timetable. Smoother operation of the train also results in the reduced wear of wheel sets, engines, brakes and tracks. EBI Drive 50 can be applied to electrical locomotives, diesel engines, any form of hybrid traction, and even multi-traction systems. In addition, different schemes of distributing locomotives within a train can be taken into account. It is suitable both for new trains and can be retro-fitted to existing vehicles. The software operates onboard the train, through a communication gateway to the wayside and with central workstations. It calculates speed and traction force profiles, constantly updating optimized target velocity and traction force to the actual time and position. This data is displayed in the driver’s cab, where the driver can react accordingly to optimize overall driving styles over time. Energy Management Control System: A new modeling and analysis tool, the Energy Management Control System is designed to integrate energy awareness, efficiency and carbon control into an operator’s business. The system provides customers with an accurate and affordable fleet energy management solution, using data gathered from the trains, combined with flexible and intuitive visualisation tools based on methods proven in the BOMBARDIER ORBITA system. Combining creative thinking with advanced technology and know-how, Bombardier’s clever Energy Management Control System is suitable for retro-fitting to existing vehicles that are both diesel and electric. BOMBARDIER EnerGplan Simulation Tool: By far the industry’s leading energy optimization software tool for complete transport systems, the EnerGplan tool is an easy-to-use simulation software with a unique graphical visualization for almost any given transit system, ranging from the largest metro system to the smallest Automated People Mover application. The EnerGplan Simulation Tool allows transit system engineers to optimize the design of power distribution systems and reduce energy consumption during operations. The software’s analysis covers the fleet performance, train speed profiles, power supply and distribution system load flows, effects of onboard and wayside energy storage devices, as well as train schedules and routing. It is a graphics based, flexible simulation tool that allows transit system designers to carefully analyze and then improve the power system configuration. It also gives a preview of the optimal mode of operation. A dynamic train display even allows monitoring of any chosen train operating, for example. It is thus not only capable of simulating different energy consumption scenarios, but also of offering feasible solutions, which can then be tested against field measurements. MITRAC Energy Saver: As one of the most fascinating new, ecoactive technologies of the ECO4 product family, the MITRAC Energy Saver is far ahead of any similar products in the market and is also the most industry tested. The innovative capacitors of the system store the energy released each time a vehicle brakes and re-use it during acceleration or operation. Applied to light rail vehicles, the system has (during several years of testing) been proven to save up to 30 per cent of energy. Calculations show that even 35 per cent will be possible for DMUs, thus reducing emissions as well as costs. The technology can also be used as a performance booster by adding extra power to the vehicle during acceleration. Behind the system is a double layer capacitor technology (also known as “ultracapacitors”), a smartly designed storage device charged with the eletrical energy set free when the brakes are used. Contrary to regular, flywheel-based, mechanical energy storages used in buses, for example, the MITRAC Energy Saver operates on a purely electrical basis: The double-layer capacitors include several hundred storage cells, connected in a series to create a MITRAC storage unit, saving the energy with relatively low losses. The MITRAC Energy Saver has been tested extensively since 2003 in the system of the public transportation operator in Mannheim/Germany. Encouraged by the results, the German operator Rhein-Neckar-Verkehr GmbH (RNV) has ordered 19 light rail vehicles equipped with the system. BOMBARDIER PRIMOVE Catenary-Free Operation: This revolutionary system, which includes the MITRAC Energy Saver, is the first-in-industry and enables the complete catenary-free operation of BOMBARDIER FLEXITY trams over distances of varying lengths and in all surroundings including underground lines. The outstanding feature of the system is the catenary-free power transfer; the electric supply components are invisible and hidden under the vehicle and beneath the track. The benefits for operators are the elimination of overhead wires, thus increasing the attractiveness of cities, the safe and contactless inductive power transfer and the low wear of parts and components. The system functions independently of weather conditions and ensures that full power is always available. BOMBARDIER FLEXX Tronic Technology: Leading to considerably extended maintenance and exchange intervals of bogies, the revolutionary FLEXX Tronic Technology provides unique functionalities for active Radial Steering and Bogie Stabilization (ARS). The system overcomes the limitations of conventional bogies with passive steering and suspension elements. In addition, the interoperable system is applicable to different national track networks and reduces wheel and rail wear as well as vehicle vibration and noise. BOMBARDIER MITRAC Permanent Magnet Motor: Increased energy efficiency and performance are the main advantages for customers choosing the MITRAC Permanent Magnet Motor (PM). Due to improved efficiency and reduced weight, the PM motor technology directly benefits the environment and saves costs for rail operators. The tested and validated, compact and powerful PM motor system is designed to meet the highest demands on drive systems for traction application. The innovative motor construction is based on permanent magnet technology that uses a rotor creating its own flux through the incorporation of magnets – an improvement over standard induction motors that rely on the flux created by the current in the stator winding. This means less energy is required, motor cooling is easier to handle, and higher performance levels can be realized compared to inductor motors of the same size. They show, in sequence, a being in a various positions, seated, nearly erected, in seemingly painful physical conditions although this may be only an anthropomorphic impression. The being seems to have small dimensions, rather sturdy, with the skin that in some instantaneous ones appears burnished and thick and in last photograph, completely red, moisted, with the aspect of a badly wounded skin. The photos were published in the weekly magazine "Visto" n. 43 on 28 October 1993, and then produced on TV during the program "I Fatti Vostri" ("Your facts") on Friday, November 5, 1993, hosted by Giancarlo Magalli. The first photo showed a small shadow, as Caponi stated. The effect of the mysterious combustion of the two first pictures, altering the zone where the being was, resulted in this. May 24, 1993.The first investigation was headed by the CUN and consisted of several inspections, interviews of Caponi and his relatives and the answers to their questions to other indirect witnesses. At the end of the investigation, they had a detailed report on the case but drew no firm conclusion whatsoever. At the same time, other investigators approached Caponi and obtained from him similar statements, substantially coinciding with those published by the CUN. Some of them gave their interpretation of the events, such as Massimo Fratini Maximum from the CETI, in Rome, who stated that he has always been convinced by the sincerity of the witness. "In the course of our inquiry and during last the three years, we have had to reconsider, step by step, all the vicissitude, to reconstruct all the details, meeting Filiberto Caponi several more times and trying to collect other testimonies." "We are not still in a position to give the conclusions - today - but we are approaching the possible truth of what happened in the outskirts of Pretare d'Arquata (Marches), on the Monte Vettore, starting in May 1993." Caponi's photograph remain disturbing to this day. There were, however, some contradictions and omissions which emerged when investigations started to put more pressure on Caponi. Yet there seems to be no way to differentiate if these contradictions and omissions are simply caused by the confusion between investigators, and the stress put on Caponi who was literally sieged by Italian and foreign journalists as his photographs were just published in a weekly Magazine in Milan. Essentially, the story told by Filiberto Caponi was quite consistent over time, chronologically always consistent, but some parts of his story was slightly at odds with the photographs themselves. This prompted the chief investigator of the CUN, Roberto Pinotti, to insist that he needs to look at the photographic material in good conditions, first to elucidate some points, and also because CUN thought that the witness should have the right to manage his material. Indeed, in an unprecedented and utterly unexplainable manner, the magistracy of Ascoli Piceno had seized and confiscated the photographs from Caponi, and started a judicial procedure against Caponi under the never heard of motive that his photograph might disturb the civil peace. Because of this confiscation, CUN could only analyze them visually but not instrumentally. Caponi told to CUN's Roberto Pinotti, Gianfranco Lollino and Massimo Angelucci, and Fabio Della Balda of the CROVNI of Saint Marino about his first encounter; "I first thought it was a small cat complaining, trapped in a plastic bag.""It was the evening of 9 May 1993. As usually I re-entered from a ride on my motorbike and I was closing the garage, just near the country, when I heard I complain, different from those typical of usual animals. I was also thinking that it may be a drunk coming down from the same road making noises. Then, in an angle of a house, I saw a "white [palleta,]" it seemed to me that the strange complain came from it. Smiling, as I thought I had found an abandoned cat, wrapped in a plastic bag, I stretched a hand to touch it, but on reflection I stopped because it occurred to me that it might scratch me. So I limited myself give the bag a little kick to see if it would come out on itself. And I was terrified, because the "old plastic bag" jumped on, showing that it had a head, arms and legs. On the wall, behind which the being disappeared, the father found a "medical gauze covered with blood" but he did not take it home because it was disgusting and instead he put it under an old washing machine in the courtyard, planning to go to Ascoli Piceno in order to have it analyzed. In the night, Caponi still heard the strange complain, went down again to the road, but he saw nothing this time. "Nothing, just nothing, it was impossible," explained Caponi. "...and my father was there so that I could show him, and I have said to him 'I have heard it, but I do not know where it is' and he told me to go up in my room because from there we could see better. We stayed up there for roughly an hour, then my father was tired and went to bed again. Just at that moment 'the thing' reappeared... I called my father and so he has been able to see it too, for a moment, while it went away under that arch, in the blink of an eye, and my father looked at me as if he wanted to say 'so you were not joking!'... anyway he told me to go to bed, because it was late (3 in the morning)."The next morning, Filiberto's sister went to control the gauze, but it had disappeared. "It must have been a dog that smelled the odor of the blood," says Filiberto. "However it has been at that time that I decided to lend a camera from my brother-in-law. For a week then I waited there (indicates the night place) thinking that perhaps the being would come again and that I could photograph it."15 days went by and nothing happened, so Caponi decided to forget all about it, when one evening: "It was approximately the two o'clock in the night and I heard the strange scream again. I sent up, I took the camera (a Polaroid 660) and opened the door, - while I felt that something was walking in the alley. I saw it arrive, from far away enough, to not fast, nearly walking. I took a first photo, the Polaroid ejects it, and I take it away, ready to take an other photo. In the light of the flash it had stopped, as if it had noticed the light, maybe but it must have been deaf... because I have made some noise when I opened the door, and it continued to come in my direction. It had stopped and turned around only when I took the photo. I have thought 'I will race with it, take a photo and run after it, this is a unique opportunity' and what I did, I went towards it, advancing a few meters, I photographed it again, and then I escaped screaming 'I have photographed it!', without watching where I went, so I ended against a wall. My father woke up and asked me what had happened. The photos developed under the eyes of my relatives: on the first one only a dark shadow was visible, but on the second, the head and the hanging arms wrapped with something, were visible. I looked at it intensively. I explained that when I have taken the second photo it had slightly turned its head towards me, without turning its body at all. My father felt it was quite a hair riser. My mother said 'My god, what is he?' And then I had calmed down and I told them 'a lot of it in the photos, let's put them in a secured place, let's not have everyone see them' and we decided to put them in a wooden box, in order to study them with calm on the next day."The first picture where the small being is clearly seen, at least as for the head, a hand, and some dark clothing on its back and whitish cover on its lower body. "I found the cover of the box curved, blackened underneath, filled with smoke. I ask what can have happened . Then I opened it I feel a smell of burnt similar to burned plastic's odor. The photo was burned around and where the being was shown, it was swollen and ruined... I detach the second photo and the image was also swollen, only in surface, it was not destroyed."Later, CUN investigators tried to determine if the ruined photos were explicitly attacked, and considered the possibility that the film may have been the Polaroid for a long time and maybe expired. But the hypothesis of a normal deterioration due to expiration revealed not valid, because the following photos were made with the same film and were not ruined at all. The only possible explanation that remained was that of a chemical interaction between the photos and an old past due battery conserved in the wooden box where the images were stored, which is what Caponi also proposed. The problem is that all the material, including the wooden box, have been delivered to the Police officers of the station of Arquata of the Tronto, subsequently to their first publication in a magazine. Moreover it must be emphasized that Caponi had circulated the photos (reproduced in dias) among roman newspapers and press agencies. Back on May 24, 1993. The news by now had been diffused, in because Caponi told about it in confidence to a friend: "I have made a big mistake, the day when I went at a friend who is a carpenter and told him all about it. He had sworn to me that he would not tell a word about it, but one evening he had drunk a glass too much and three days later the whole country knew the story and the "Messagero di Ascoli Piceno" newspaper telephoned, and a few days later they published the burnt photos.""The story still diffused more, even if many did not believe it and created popular legends about me or people hunting in the country. One evening I went to the circle and encountered the friend who had spilled the story out; in spite of that I have made peace with him, and we were walking outside with two others. And then all of us heard 'the scream,' coming from behind the gate of a house which is shown in the published photos. We decide to go check it out and I begin to climb up, while a friend remains a little behind, an the other progress in order, and when we get close to the direction of the complain, it stops immediately. We return to the bar and some sort of expedition gets organized, with others, in all 15 to 20 people, some of them with knives - everyone excited - torches and photographic cameras.An interesting point regarding this first encounter, it that Caponi suffered from an inexplicable cutaneous blackening on the right foot, the foot that he used to touch the entity. The blackening disappeared after three days.The second picture was also damaged, but the being is more distinguishable, although partly covered with "something." The arrow indicates where the head is. Caponi thought that he was the victim of some confusion, but he has been very frightened so he decided to reopen the garage and to rest a little moment on his motorbike and think about it, and to calm his nerves listening to the radio.One them has a hunting dog. We all go back the gate. We here the complain and the dog heads on and leaves us, crosses the gate and begins to bark, nearly as if fighting, and there are more and more screaming. Then the dog 'jumps down the road', throwing itself from a wall, falls on his back, stands up on his legs again and flees to hide in a corner. The other people present begin to look at me speechless. But, when I propose to locate the source of the sound in order to discover what it is they all say no. However from that moment, people in the area begun to believe me a little and I get interviewed from a journalist of 'Stop' magazine, but when he sees the burnt photos he does not think opportune to acquire them."Over time, the feeling that something strange and interesting is really happening spreads in the small country. And then on August 8, Pretare is the location of a new unusual phenomenon: many hens in the country die mysteriously, some enduring amputations of limbs or of the head, but without signs of blood or bites. They have been recovered all piled up. The fact remains stunning, because it is difficult to imagine that a predator, such as a fox or a vixen, can do so much damages in one night. So far Caponi had had two encounters with the being. But on August 11, 1993, when Caponi was somewhere outside on a bench, watching shooting stars: "It was five o'clock in the morning and all at once, in front of the door of my laboratory, I saw again that white pack, moving; at the start I thought that it was my cat, but then, looking with more attention, I understood that it was 'it' again, seated, and watching around. Then I went into the house, took the Polaroid camera, and looked at it through the Window. It was still here, so I went down and made one photo of it. In the light of flash the being turns its head, raises, tilts its back, turns and runs away. Then I said to myself that I have photographed it just right, and I hoped the photo does not get ruined like the others, and I decides not to say anything not even to my parents and I held it in the drawer."The being shown on this picture is apparently still wrapped in its "external protecting covering", and partially covered with gauzes or whitish wraps. Filiberto describes its covering: "it may be pants, in a strange way, and the being had some sort of leather on the shoulders, with some bandage." Nine days passed, and on August 20, another encounter gave Caponi the opportunity two take two new pictures, still using the same Polaroid, in spite of the allegation by the "Visto" weekly magazine that the pictures were made with a professional camera. "No, it was always with the Polaroid, I literally lived with it, while a friend of mine lend me another one, I declined, I gave it back to him without having ever used it. I open the window and I see it seated to the center of the courtyard. I come down and I make one first photo of it. It made the usual movement, turns the head slowly and I take a second picture, moving to the side. At this point it escaped. They are not successful to dirgli nothing, I would have intentional. The being had always appeared with gauze around the legs, and something similar to leather on its back, but this time it did not wear its covering anymore, but appeared with two tubes on the thorax that seemed to slightly move under its skin, like from air or liquid pressure, or some fluid, I don't know, maybe for its respiration. An other particular thing, maybe of great importance emerges then, when the enquirers ask Caponi greater details about the physical aspect of the creature and the color of its skin. One assumes that its epiderm, as it appears in the two photos of the seated humanoid, is really in "coveralls" that joins perfectly to the body and wraps it completely. The difference, in the photos handed by Caponi between the humanoid with and without its kind of "protection" appears clearly from the last picture, in which the being is half seated half erected and seems to be "naked." A month passed, and the next encounter was on September 20, 1993. "Every night I waited, by now. I still did not sleep more. So, towards at about 3 o'clock in the morning, I see it under the house. 'Stavolta, I say to myself, before photographing I call someone. I woke up my grandmother, that sleeps in the room besides, but she was not able to see it from her window, although it was just under. It was standing. Then we came down and my grandmother finally saw it in all its splendor - she was frightened because she thought that she was seeing some sort of malignant entity - and she started to scream, while I tried to calm her, I approached and photographed it." Then a scene already wintessed repeated: the being bent, turned the head a little bit, and looked at Caponi. The grandmother, Perla Antonia, told about this experience, explained how frightened she was that the being may hurt her grandson: "Filiberto, let's go away from here, because I am frightened now. But by now I run after it up to the arch, in the country, under the rainy night, I was all wet, in the middle of the grass I have lost it from sight." Other important details emerge from the questions of investigators: "The being made noise when moving, its dorsal structure is rather grip, but its sides seems wide, which is practically the contrary of the way we are made. It seems built to run, the arms are not used, remember how he raced to the nearby door with leaps like those of an ostrich. Its dimensions? It is very small, not more than 70 centimetres, the way it had its feet on the ground, it seems that it weighs the double than it really weighs. It has two nostrils for the nose, but no ears."This is clearly not a human skull, we have been fed a variety of unlogical explanations as to why this skull has this formation. Several like it were found in Peru with small variations. Many artifacts that were clearly of Egyptian origin were also found in Peru dating back to the time of the Ancient Egyptians. Many odd things are found in Peru, the Nazca lines, a set of animal and geometrical lines engraved onto the ground which extend for miles. But the mysterious discovery of an alien in his attic has spooked the 54-year-old screenwriter and bewildered extraterrestrial experts, who yesterday suggested the US military could be involved.The delicate 30cm (12 inch) figure of a baby alien is stored in a pungent liquid and has a US serial number painted on its four-toed foot. Possibly sculpted from a clay-like substance and painted grey, the model closely resembles the aliens depicted in a hoax film of an autopsy of the infamous "Roswell incident".Curiously, the alien was discovered stored in an old toffee jar wrapped in a copy of the Daily Mirror dating from October 1947. In July of that year, officials at the American air base of Roswell reported and then denied finding the remains of a flying saucer. The Roswell incident sparked a popular fascination with UFOs and led the US air force to collect data on sightings. One theory is that the alien was left in the loft by a US serviceman working at a nearby US air base. The creature attempted to attack him but the man escaped and managed to find his way back to the surface. He began telling other people what had happened and soon afterwards the 'government' arrived in the area and went in and closed off many of the tunnels leading to the sub-basements of the Temple. Presumably there was some heated debates over how much of the underground system this denomination was allowed to control. A similar dispute apparently occurred to the southwest where the LDS church maintained a large storage facility under Granite Mountain in Little Cottonwood canyon, within the upper levels of a vast network of caverns. Fascist CIA elements and the Grays came in and took control of the larger caverns deeper within the mountain and ordered the 'vault' workers to stay out of the 'forbidden' areas -- and stated that the "U.S. Government" was now using them for "National Security" purposes and that it was their "patriotic duty" to maintain the secret. The other version concerned a custodian who entered a tunnel near the cinemas area below the Crossroads Mall across the street and to the south from the temple square, while excavation was being carried out in a that part of the Mall. The worker entered the tunnel and before long encountered a 'serpent' type man, beat a hasty retreat, and told his fellow workers what he had seen. The FBI and/or the local police soon arrived and sealed the tunnel. Another story involved a young man who, along with a friend, had used a chain tied to his pickup truck to rip-up a manhole cover in the area near the 'Mall' and the 'Square'. They navigated through a maze of sewer passages underneath and came to a shaft that descended in a series of 5 small 'rooms' one below the other, and from the bottom room a tunnel led south into a large chamber wherein they saw a seemingly bottomless shaft, a large southwest tunnel strung with lights and 'large enough to drive a semi through', and the footprints of some type of three-toed bi-pedal creature. Other sources imply that early pioneers and settlers of the area who explored these tunnels came in contact with and in some cases even joined with some of the Telosian-Agharti-Melchizedek-Mayan underground colonies below the Salt Lake Flats, the Salt Lake Valley and the Western Rockies. These subterraneans had formerly established territorial agreements with the Reptiloids and Grays before the aliens begun invading their subterranean lands below the intermountain west en-masse in the early 1900's. The treaties were part of an attempt to stave off a possible inter-species conflict, as skirmishes between the humanoids [Teros] and reptiloids [Deros] within the cavern networks of North America had been increasing since the 1920's, 30's and 40's. Because of a somewhat non-exclusive collective-mind with which these humans interacted, it was decided that one possible way to 'convert' the reptilians into becoming beings of emotion and compassion was to allow them access to the group consciousness. The reptiloids however, once given access, immediately began taking advantage of the collective and used it to CONTROL the humans on a subliminal basis. The ease with which this occurred may have been enhanced by the fact that the Reptiloids and Grays were already operating as part of a collective or group mind, one which was far more complex than the Ashtar or Astarte collective itself which many of the 'Aghartians' depended on. This suggests that the reptilian 'collective' or HIVE itself is absolutely void of any and all care, concern or compassion for human beings. Individual reptiloids operating distinct from the draconian collective might however be 'tamed' by other collective-free humanoids in some cases -- as some have reportedly been 'tamed' by the Andro-Pleiadean worlds. If the non-humans could be severed from the 'collective' they might be deprogrammed and reprogrammed so-to-speak and even attain individual awareness and a degree of emotionalism. In such cases it would not be advisable to give these creatures equal standing among humans, and absolute subservience and monitoring should be enforced even if means were found to sever them from the collective mind network. When dealing with the reptilian forces, unconditional surrender should be first offered, and if this is not accepted than direct military action would be justified especially in light of the many permanent 'abductees' whom the Greys and Reptiloids have taken captive [those who are still alive] to their underground systems. Most of the treaties that the humanoids had made with the reptiloids 'down under' have since been broken... especially following the Groom Wars of 1975 and the Dulce Wars of 1979, during which time much of the underground U.S. base networks [which were funded by American tax dollars by the way] were taken over by the Grays. World Economic Meltdown Continuing - Hurting US Diplomacy
The CIA and the Pentagon have both noted that this global financial crisis is taking its toll on World Economies and that is a real problem for world peace. In fact, as economies crumble so do societies, and civil unrest can lead to revolutionary over throw with already weak governments. In the Middle East Oil prices are way down causing huge economic problems.
With China's factories shut down many former farmers are going back to rural communities, where droughts are causing wheat crop failures. In Argentina soybean commodities have collapsed. Rice commodities are way up and 3.5 Billion people eat rice every day, especially the poor. Nations like Nigeria, Iran, Mexico, Venezuela, and Russia are in a severe situation due to oil demand putting oil barrel prices at $35 per barrel.
World Trade is down, our trade deficit is the lowest in years, and shipping lines are almost at a standstill and this is causing extreme hardship in many countries. There are many square miles of cars parked that have been off-loaded at the ports sitting and waiting, with no dealerships that want them. There are cargo containers stacking up.
These issues have barely made it into the mass media, but these little news headlines you are reading really do matter, even if you do not quite see the whole picture. We must all read deeper, ask more questions and think about what we are reading and how this affects our future.
Although in the US we have felt some economic stress, we must not forget our trading partners and allies throughout the world whose nations are literally falling apart as we speak. Think on this.

...Be assured that power companies, television and cable will still be working at that time, even though other business will not be. This is important to the plan because everyone will be glued to their tee-vee waiting for Mother Government to tell them what is going on and what they should do. Local representatives of Mother Government will announce that all hungry, desperate people should all go quietly and calmly to the nearest school, community center or some other large place and Mother Government will help them, feed them and their children. This, of course, will be the pick up points to transport people to FEMA camps (all 1400 of them) so they can be taken care of and provided with the things they need. Here is the list of Executive Orders allowing the President to nix the Constitution, suspend the Congress and institute Martial Law, separate families, remove entire communities, take possession of all communication, food sources, water supplies and so on. And woe unto you if you have a skill that would be helpful to Mother Government! You can be conscripted, without remuneration and they dont have to return you. How is that for an employer from hell?
After most hungry and scared sheeple obey the talking head on the tee-vee and go willingly to the camps, there will be some who have heeded the advice and taken steps necessary to provide emergency food, buy guns and ammunition and safety gear for themselves and their families. These hold-outs will be problematic for Mother Government and the New World Order plan. Rest assured that as people are processed into the camps and their information entered into the IRIS system, it will be checked against the consolidated databases and the hold-outs names will be noted.
