Papo Gely produced the music that Angelo is singing to at this Live concert event. Angelo recorded for McGillis Records Company several hit songs as a solo artist. Angelo after 2 years with Menudo without any notice left the group and signed a recording and management contract with Darrin McGillis Productions. Angelo recorded a CD titled "Don't Keep Me Holding On" as his first solo CD for McGillis Records. He also recorded "Yours So Completely" and "Magic" for McGillis Records. The "Magic" track was later recorded in Spanish by McGillis Records star Joel the ex-member of the Puerto Rican Teen Group Explosion with a Spanish title "Magia". Angelo's first solo CD was a complete hit charting in record pools across the USA in the top 10 next to hits by Madonna. After success with his first solo CD "Don't Keep Me Holding On" released on McGillis Records top music executives at Warner Bros Records offered to buy the recording contract for a undisclosed lucrative amount from Darrin McGillis. Negotiations with Warner Bros began and Darrin McGillis successfully sold his interest in Angelo to Warner Bros Records. With Warner Bros Records Angelo recorded one complete CD in Spanish that did well in Mexico. Angelo also recorded a dance single for Warner Bros Germany division in English and Spanish that did well in Europe. Darrin McGillis produced & promoted Menudo "Sons of Rock" and the Menudo "Nights on Fire" USA Concert Tour (featuring Ricky Martin). Darrin McGillis also signed Menudo to his record label McGillis Records in 1993. The group recorded several hits for Darrin McGillis including "Dancin, Movin, Shakin" and "Cosmopolitan Girl".
