...the admission that our "feces" when it comes out really does "stink" and needs to be cleaned up just like it is for everybody else in the world. When you put too much weight on narrow, air-filled rubber tires you are not going to be mobile, protected or armed enough. Duh. 1-800-OBVIOUS.
But not apparently Army and marine generals who think they are ABOVE THE LAW--both human and of physics in "general" (irony intended). At the rank of major they became bureaucratic politicians for self-advancement and lost what little technotactical competence they MAY have had (even this is doubtful). What you see is when a BUREAUCRACY drives into danger--it screws up and instead of adapting it makes all kinds of excuses and hands-out all kinds of victim's merit badges....its a win-win situation for everyone except the Soldier who gets the full-body merit bag and the Iraqi rebels who get to continue with their destructive avocation instead of having a country with a legitimate government that operates for them--not American oil and security racket company profits.
