There is no place in the whole world that has more Emos in one place than YouTube. If you wanna be Emo this is the place to learn. Without further a due my top three how to be Emo videos on YouTube.. At #3 We have "Tickle Me Emo" by MadTV I'm so busy on the scene I'm barely aware that Saturday Night Live is still airing new episodes. MadTV I had to wiki to discover that they are currently filming their 13th season, that has to be some record for a show no one watches. MadTV strikes comic gold as they cross the early 90's fad x-mas gift, tickle me elmo doll, with an Emo kid. Hilarity ensues as tickle me emo whines, self harms, and makes a little boy cry. The phrase "I hurt myself to feel alive." echos the deep dark sentiments of many emo kids. Perhaps if all MadTV sketches parodied emos people would actually watch the show. At #2 is How to be Emo by Nigahiga I was not a big fan of the Yabo Crew: Ryan Higa and Sean Fujiyoshi until I watched the video "How to be Emo." They really outdid themselves and were able to convey through visual storytelling and humor what it is like to be an Emo Kid. The Yabo crew's previous work "How to be Ninja," and "How to be Gangsta" I felt were to violent, to amateur, and the lighting was far too experimental for my tastes. The Emo kids depicted in "How to be Emo," are tastefully done caricatures or real Emo kids that you may encounter on the scene. Tastefully done Yabo crew... keep up the great work. At #1 is... What is emo? By videojug. Did you know that the "What is Emo," clip has over 3 million views? A majority of the VideoJug clips are too britsh, too over the top, and too preachy to ever reach viral status. "What is Emo" has struck a cord among Emo's, wannabe Emo's, and parents of Emo's and wannabe Emo's alike. The outrageous paraody of a London news crew reporting on how Emo's are ruining the country is both taseful and poignant. The visual the transformation of a normal teenage boy into a full blown Emo kid is pure genius. Wow! Amazing stuff, thanks VideoJug. Taking pills over and over...(it says 30 but I had taken more.)I didn't realize how serious it was...I was so close to death. It still is a very scary thing for me to think or talk about. I have panic attacks & tons of fears while I was being treated & then in the ICU. Bad experiences. The nurse did tell me that I was going to die. I think he said that to scare me, bc he knew I changed my mind. You think I'll do that again? NO!!!! It's been 9 months & I am doing pretty well. :) Every time I am depressed I watch this & it makes me rethink. Also, when I know someone I know is feeling so bad that they want to die, I show them this. I should of died that night, I had every reason to be. It was my last chance to make things right & I am here bc of that. I still think about it everyday & every night. Still scares the hell out of me but that's a good thing eh? I'm trying to find more fans for support so that I feel more motivated to finish my book up, so I've decided to make some of these strange videos. These "Imperial" videos will highlight the life of one of the characters throughout my story, and I'll make a new one every couple of weeks. This is the first part, which deals with the character's creation and original travels. In the beginning, there was chaos. The sounds of colliding atoms and nucleosynthesis rang out across the universe. This was the big bang, the birthing of everything. It was where galaxies formed and the universe began to expand. It was the beginning. I am placental in nature; an afterbirth which followed immediately after this big bang. I cannot remember not existing and I do not know my mother or father. I figure that I must have existed forever, even before this big bang. I saw energy; so many wavelengths and colors of energy. I soon realized that I too was energy, the essence of the cosmos. Unlike the many energies that surrounded me, I was sentient. I was aware of my existence and was able to think for myself. I was overwhelmed by the fact that there seemed to be nothing else like myself, overwhelmed by the area that I was forced to search. I was just a sentient energy vagabond. But as I drifted for several million years and saw more and more of this ever-changing universe, I began to acquire a vast repertoire of knowledge. I synthesized information logically and became incredibly intelligent, and I figured out almost every secret of the universe. I figured out more about myself and my nature, the incredible power that I held. I was not just some sentient energy vagabond. I was not just some cosmic placenta. I was a God. This is the grand epiphany that I had while wandering space, the revelation that caused me to realize that I never had to be alone. I could not find other sentient life anywhere else in this ever-expanding universe, and it was clear that I was put here for a special reason. I realized this after a long trek, I realized that I never had to be alone, afraid, overwhelmed. I never had to be any of these things because I could remedy my loneliness, my fear, my uncertainty. I was not a simple afterbirth. I was the greatest power in the universe. I would take on the role of a God in order to learn where I came from, in order to learn who I was and understand my full purpose. I would create others, replicas of my image in every way. I would examine them, and they would teach me. I would finally have others to share the confusion and mysteries of existence with me. And with some luck, I would no longer be plagued by this confusion and these mysteries myself. I could exist happily, knowing the full nature of myself and my creator.
