The National ePrescribing Patient Safety InitiativeSM (NEPSISM) is the first nationwide effort to improve patient safety by offering a solution to the medication errors that harm millions of people each year. Preventable medication errors injure at least 1.5 million Americans and claim more than 7,000 lives each year, according to a July 2006 study by the Institute of Medicine (IOM) of the National Academy of Sciences. In an effort to reduce these errors, the IOM has called on all of the nation's physicians to adopt electronic prescribing by 2010. "While medication errors and adverse drug events can be common and serious, electronic prescribing is clearly a tool that can dramatically reduce errors and improve patient safety," said Nancy W. Dickey, currently President of the Health Science Center and Vice Chancellor for Health Affairs at the Texas A&M University System and formerly President of the American Medical Association. "Yet despite the many benefits of electronic prescribing, physician adoption is still modest. The situation calls out for a solution that will overcome the barriers many physicians face in adopting this life-saving technology." The challenge, according to the eHealth Initiative, is that fewer than 1 in 5 of the nation's practicing physicians currently process prescriptions electronically. Studies indicate that most physicians have been reluctant to adopt electronic prescribing largely because of the cost of the systems, and a perception that the technology requires too much time to learn and install. NEPSI will help address those barriers by providing physicians simple, safe and secure electronic prescribing at no cost. NEPSI is led by Allscripts (Nasdaq: MDRX), the leading provider of clinical software, information and connectivity solutions that physicians use to improve healthcare, and by national sponsor Dell Computers, Inc. (Nasdaq: DELL), the world's leading computer company. Other technology companies sponsoring NEPSI are Cisco Systems Corp., Fujitsu Computers of America, Inc., Google, Inc. â the coalition's Search Sponsor â Microsoft, Corp., Sprint Nextel Corp., SureScripts, Inc., and Wolters Kluwer Health, Inc. "Medication errors represent a significant challenge for our nation and we know we can and we must do better by taking action â right now," said Glen Tullman, Chief Executive Officer of Allscripts. "The National e-Prescribing Patient Safety Initiative brings together a diverse group of technology companies, payers and physicians who share a commitment to one remarkable idea â that providing free electronic prescribing for every physician will ultimately reduce errors and improve care. This initiative delivers a simple yet comprehensive solution, and represents an on-ramp to a complete Electronic Health Record." Kevin Rollins, President and Chief Executive Officer of Dell, NEPSI's national sponsor, commented, "We are proud to add sponsorship of the NEPSI Coalition to the growing list of healthcare-related initiatives that Dell is helping to lead. Information technology holds great promise as a means to help upgrade our nation's healthcare system, and we look forward to working with partners such as Allscripts to help demonstrate its potential to improve the quality, efficiency and productivity of healthcare in the America." In addition to Dell, a number of the largest technology companies in the world are sponsoring NEPSI including Microsoft and Intel. (Less)

I got it from www.speeddemosarchive.com. I got it for your entertainment so please don't accuse me of copyright infringement etc etc.
Author's comments:
I thought this game would not be very popular when I first suggested it on SDA. However, it turns out I was pretty mistaken; a number of people had heard of the game, so I stuck with my original plan of doing a speedrun. I actually have done two speedruns of this game, one for Jazz and one for Spaz, but for the purpose of these comments I will discuss only the Spaz run.
I did this run second because I wanted to get the less fun Jazz run out of the way.
Before I start, I'd like to thank Robyrt for giving me some general advice, as well as one specific point used a lot in this run. I'd also like to thank Radix, not only for being willing to host this, but also for indirectly pointing out I was using too high a resolution, making things harder to distinguish.
I used a Radeon AIW 7500, a TV, and a VCR to record this run, and have opted to let Nate capture it. The run was played using 400 x 300 x 16 resolution, as a vote decided.
Spaz will always be the faster character, because of his double jump (which allows shortcuts galore) and his side kick (more on that later).
Some notes:
-In most levels, your character starts on a platform during the loading screen. As soon as the graphics have loaded, the game removes that platform. If you hold the jump button during the loading screen, you can actually jump from this platform. I use this only in places where I stand to gain time for sure. And this glitch does not work in levels 7, 9, 11, 15, 17, 21, or 23, where you 'teleport in' to the level.
-In level 12, using the aforementioned trick has the unintended side effect of draining all the water from the level. While this removes the ever-annoying 'swimming' element, the level is actually harder to complete unless you know all your moves well. I am pretty sure this is faster, however.
-During periods of invincibility - after taking a hit, while using a shield, or grabbing a carrot - you can pass right through, and even stand within, enemies. I use this quite a bit, especially for boss fights.
-As Robyrt has informed me, the side-kick attack does massive damage on bosses when done correctly. In order to get it working the way I think he intended, I have to stand inside the enemy. You might wonder why I don't take damage here - it's because Spaz is invulnerable during the windup for the side-kick.
-Early on in the game, I rely on my thumb to shoot very fast. Once I have enough Fastfire powerups, though, I let the game take care of my fast shooting, except for weapons that don't use Fastfires (such as the Missile Launcher). My shooting looks less sporadic mainly because of this fact.
-I take the time to destroy the chain on the level 18 boss because it kept killing me before. I remember to use the Toaster this time, at least.
-I wind up collecting each weapon at least once in this run, although I don't use all of the ammo I pick up. However, I do not go out of my way to get ammo unless I intend to use it - it's just faster to pick it up inadvertently than deliberately avoid it.
-This run has no deaths whatsoever. However, I become very, very cautious when I have one hit point left as a result. (Less)

This full American plan fishing lodge is on one of the finest walleye, great northern pike and smallmouth bass fishing lakes in northern Ontario.
Lady Evelyn Lake is over 35 miles long, has more than 600 miles of shoreline and has over 19,000 acres of water for your fishing pleasure. Most importantly, there is NO ROAD ACCESS. If you want to get to Lady Evelyn Lake, you have to fly in or take a double boat trip. You can't drive to it - and neither can anyone else. This means the fish population is healthy and your chances of taking home a trophy walleye, pike or bass are great.
Despite our remoteness you'll find the service and amenities top-notch, all at prices comparable to lodges on more accessible lakes. Stay in our engineered log cabins complete with hot and cold running water, 3-pc bathrooms and electrical service. Enjoy our family style meals in the main lodge building. All the while, we'll take care of everything, from housekeeping to bait and more. (Less)

Step 2: Once your logged in choose (More) SIGN UP

Step 2: Once your logged in choose which ipod you want (I suggest that you choose an ipod and not cash because that will be harder for me to do because cash prizes are watched closely) Next, make sure you choose a "referral account" instead of a points account so i'll be able to place referrals under you.
Step 3: Complete ONE offer. You have to complete at least one offer. There's no way around that. Again, I highly recommend that you do either:
eSucces2u OR Forex Global Trading
because they are easy and they will credit almost instantly. Both are free trails so just wait about 2 days them cancel them and you will still have been completed.
Step 4: This is the important part... As soon as your offer is completed. (A valid Credit/Debit card is necessary.)
BE SURE to send me your referral link AND the offer you've completed so i can verify. I cant stress that enough.
Once I verify your referral link and offer, I will credit you with enough referrals to order your ipod. No not 999, 100, or 50 referrals. Thats all FAKE and if that were even posible we would easily find out and they'd get banned immediatley.
Step 5: Wait 2-3 business days then go log in and check your progress. You will have all your referrals need to place your order. Enter your shipping address and wait for your ipod touch***
PS: If you dont think this works or you dont believe me, then beat it. I could care less I've gotten my friend one and i sold one on craigslist this week so its your loss.. Otherwise enjoy your new ipod touch
