They failed because ATWT refused to guarantee her the same number of episodes she had in 2007. Lily will be played by a different actress soon. I suspect that this Dusty thing is a way to make Lily leave for a while so that the re-cast won't be such a shock.
5:50 - Ameera: "sad to be excluded from Noah's life" Casey just realized that his crush has the hots for Noah. Will he still be willing to pretend to be Luke's boyfriend? Poor guy looks so hurt.
