I totally love to hear from you. This is one chapter that I would like everyone to comment on. Being that I love it and hate it at the same time.] Chapter 30- "I have been to a bunch of different cities this past week", Nick said. Ali could see the smile playing around his lips as if he was right in front of her. "That's not what I meant. Why haven't I talked to you in the last week and Sam has talked to Joe everyday", she asked. Ali had tried being patient, she knew there had to be a reason that Nick hadn't called her in a week. "Last time I checked, you, Joe and Kevin were on the same schedule." "Ali...", Nick said, but the rest of his words got stuck in his throat. They sat in silence. Ali knew what was coming. She turned her face into her pillow and let the tears fall. Nick didn't know whether she was there or not anymore. "Ali?", Nick asked in a soft voice. Ali sniffled and sighed. "Yes?", Ali asked trying her best to disguise her raw throat from shouting and then crying all in one night. "Please don't cry", Nick said. He couldn't take hurting her this bad. He cared about her in so many ways. Ways that couldn't be shown while on tour. Neither of them spoke, there was nothing left to say. It was over. Nick listened to Ali try and get it together, but each time he thought she had it something brought her right back to tears. He thought maybe it would be best to go. "Ali? I am going to go", Nick said. He waited for her response on the other line. It took a minute, but she finally got her voice back. "Answer a question for me please?", Ali said, her voice was just above a whisper. "Anything", Nick said. It was the least he could do. She had wasted her summer on a boy that didn't deserve someone so perfect, he thought to himself. "What did I do wrong?", Ali asked. She could only think of possible reason why this was happening. Her. She knew that it wasn't long till Nick realized that he deserved better. She was just Ali from Nevada. Talented sure, but famous no. "You didn't do anything. It's me", Nick said. "I don't understand. You avoided me. You didn't do anything wrong", Ali said. "Neither of us did anything wrong", Nick said. Ali wasn't understanding what he was saying. "I'm not getting what you are saying", Ali said. Nick sighed on the other end of the line. He needed to explain to her that she was perfect and any guy would kill to be with her. She deserved better then Nick and this is just how it was. "I lied. I did do something wrong. The night I asked you to be my girlfriend. It shouldn't have happened. I knew that having a girlfriend on the road was hard. I wasn't 100% sure that we could make it and I am sorry for that. You are amazing. Guys should be lining up for you", he said. That was the best way he knew how to explain what he was thinking. "There is only one guy I want", Ali said. She wasn't trying to make this difficult for him, but she didn't want to let him go. He was someone she had grown to like, maybe even love on a friendship level. "You deserve better", Nick simple said. "Isn't that my decision", Ali whispered. It was her decision and she felt cheated that Nick wasn't letting her make that choice on her own. "Goodbye Ali", Nick said. "Bye", Ali said. She waited for Nick to hang up the phone. This was something she wasn't prepared for. She thought they were going to work it out. They were going to be fine once again when they knew what each other was thinking, isn't that how relationships work she thought to herself. Ali lay in bed staring up at her ceiling. It was 7:55 when her phone alarm went off. Not remembering what she had set her phone to she checked to see what it was. A little reminder that Camp Rock was coming on the Disney tonight popped up. It was Science, which was with my sister since she keeps getting held back, because she doesnt care about her life. When we got in there was a massive card saying WERE GONNA MISS YOU BROOKEY! I was a teeny bit jealous why didnt I get a card? Why dont I ever? I got to luch a couple of hours later. I got pushed against a locker by Brookes workers. And I was forced to give them my lunch money, so I never ate again. The day went by fast and before I knew it I was at home. There was a moving van getting all out stuff. I went upstairs and threw all my clothes into a MASSIVE suitcase. Then the moving people came and took all my furniture any life has to be better than this one!
